This company makes The Very best clippers. I will only purchase German made after this purchase. I bought a set for elderly people and my husband's nails came only be trimmed with a chain saw...LOL gross and nasty looking. These are sharper and stronger and yet safe enough for mine. I highly recommend them. They're easy to use, feel nice in my hands and you get a finger nail, toenail clippers, and a Very nice file. In the end, these are well worth the extra few dollars more. German steel, is better than even Japanese steel. They will be with you for a lot of years.

Overall the fingernail and toenail clippers are well made and very sharp and cut well. My only complaint is design of the top part of the fingernail clipper. It is not ergonomically designed so it can be held securely while performing a delicate task with something that sharp. It shouldn’t be so narrow and taper to a pointed tip. I am a woman with small hands and it was even difficult for me. It should be like the toenail clipper; wider and the same width all the way to the end. An indention where the finger would be placed would be even better on both clippers. These features are on lesser quality and priced clippers so please make these improvements on you quality clippers.

These clippers are the best I have ever owned. The pouch is nice and sturdy. Both the finger nail and toe nail clippers are sharp and clip nicely. Note, the toe nail clippers are a little larger than what you get in the store. With that said, the finger nail clipper worked fine on a women's toes. The finger nail file is nice. It is a little shorter than the revlon nail file you buy in the store, but it works great. I am very happy with this purchase and expect it to last forever! No more buying the low quality at the store and then trying to find another pair that works. Very happy.

Nice compact set. I bought three different sets the most expensive came in a leather zipped case. All by 3 Swords Germany. This one was the least expensive and the one I liked to most. It came in the perfect size case with easy in and out for only 11.98. . I would have bought the leather case one for $19.99 however I wasn’t impressed with the case. Too bulky for just three tools. The 4 piece set was nice for 15.99 however the case was very narrow for 4 tools. Not even as wide as this three tool set.

Finger nail clipper is too small and soft.; it causes your nail to bend and not to break. The toenail clipper is adequate but the whole set, including the nail file are small and rather cheaply made.

The file is tiny and not what I expected. I am returning.

This kit is very small. The file and small clipper is difficult to handle because they are so small. The case - all I can say - it is a joke for a manufacturer claiming to have a good name because of high quality, to then supply a product in such a low quality case that is so small. It is difficult to get the items back into the case. I'll try to find a larger case, however had I known this, I would not have bought it. There are many other options, that are much cheaper on Amazon deserving consideration. It would be too expensive to return it from Australia.
