This set is great I love the way the paint glides on the paper. it blends well and is vibrant.

I’m fairly new to watercolors and this brand came highly recommended. The price is reasonable and the quality is fantastic. There’s so many different pallets to choose from, and they’re all beautiful. The paint is very smooth and easy to work with. The colors are vibrant and easy to control. It dries nicely and not chalky like some cheaper brands. All in all it’s a great product especially for beginners.

I love these little paint sets. They may not be Daniel Smith quality but the colors are unique and interesting. I use them for nature journaling and they’re perfect to toss in my backpack. If you can get them on sale they’re well worth the money. I have Woodlands and Terrain which cover just about everything I paint, and I’m watching to see if Currents goes on sale. If you want a palette that’s a little different these are a good choice.

Very creamy. Like my ones that have honey. Luscious colors! Love the numbers and color information. The names are unique to this product but by using the numbers you can find replacement when running out. I have had so much fun with this set! Living in a green state it gets tiresome to constantly mix greens. In one of the photos I show you can add 6 more half pans to the middle if you like. The crab apple color is same a flesh tone for another brand. I'm VERY impressed!!!

Beautiful colors!

I bought this pan set for a class just to have the exact same colors that the teacher teaches the class with. I have plenty of higher quality watercolors, but I was being lazy for the convenience. I have to say when I swatched out these colors I was very pleased with the selection of colors and the colors themselves. I look forward to using them and giving them a try. I have had great luck with other Prima marketing pan sets and find them to be of professional quality. I think I will really love this little set, especially for botanical paintings.

I do love these paints. The colors are bright and the product is good but it did arrive with the tin smashed so I had to go buy a new tin to put them in. I was disappointed but it was likely the deliverer's fault.

Prima Marketing (PM) puts these sets together in a way that makes sense and packages them in a first class metal palette . The paints themselves are pretty much the high end of “student grade” but understandably lack info about lighfastness and pigment composition that artist grade paints provide. I dabble in both student grade and artists grade watercolors. Honestly, I have no complaints about any PM paint in the two sets I own (Terrain, Pastels). One note is that you *will* find some colors are more opaque than others. Finally, what you get for the price is a chance to paint your heart out confidently using pretty good quality materials.

This is my sixth Prima Marketing watercolour tin, and it's my favourite new addition. The selection of colours are something you would find on a beautiful Spring day, a fresh day out in nature with flowers in bloom and budding trees and plants. The purple is my absolute favorite :) And the seller Stuff 4 Crafts was an absolute dream to order from. Their customer service is always prompt and thorough, and even during the pandemic, shipping was quite fast. Looking forward to seeing more of this collection.
