How many standard grocery bags could fit in the bag?

Huge inside. 2 brown or 3 plastic grocery bags could fit inside

Will they fit the large family sized packs of chicken laying flat (while the bag is upright)?

It depends on the size of the packs of chicken. Our bag dimension: X-Large: 16W x 9D x 13H, XXX-Large: 23W x 14D x 15H.

How any 1/2 tins can the XXXL hold?

I have no idea, but I think it is not sturdy enough. The material of the walls is somewhat thin- I think too thin to hold any number of cans.
