Possibly the best 00 flour on the market
If making pizzas, (and ive tried many flours) this is the go to by far. Best 00 flour on the market, well worth the money. Cheaper flours end up sticky and you end up throwing your dough out after it sticks even on the correct recipe. This stuff is the best, i would never buy supermarket or cheap 00 again

Poor delivery
Product perfect - however delivery appaling. We live on a main road - no garden, door opens directly on to path. great big notice on door saying not to leave things on doorstep - but left there any way. We are end of terrace so instruction is to leave at back door. Completely ignored. Amazon need to employ drivers that can read signs!!!
