Extra Variance from Game to Game
Not that any particular playthrough of Scythe will be the same, but if you play every week or so with your friends, it starts to feel a little stale. With this Modular board, it creates a different layout each time, making each game feel different and exciting! The only thing that could make this better is if it came with one or two more modular tiles so there could be more potential layouts, or if there were completely different layouts on both sides to make each game more unique.

Awesome addition.
Scythe is my most played game in the collection. It makes it to the table a few times a month. This modular board is perfect for players that have played a lot. It switches the layout of the board pertaining to the resources and starting positions of all factions. It’s not necessary to purchase if you own scythe but if you play it a lot and need to switch things up then this is a great addition.

Great addition!
Great addition to the game! It allows you to pick your character based on the placement of the boards. Super interesting in 2nplayers games where you can remove all the boards that don't get used because of the unused charachters. Very satisfied!

Great addition
This is a brilliant addition to a great game. The board and the four large tiles are both double sided. This introduces a significant random element to the game and freshens it up (great if you've played the game to death and have "standard moves"). There are also 8 new structure bonus tiles which are shuffled with the existing 6 which again, adds more variety. This is a worthy module and I highly recommend it to anyone with Scythe.
