where are mushrooms sourced from? I don’t mean the distributor but the original country they’re grown in ?

All of our organic functional mushrooms are grown through their full life cycle including myceliated biomass, primordial and/or fruit bodies in an ultra-clean environment at our indoor farm in Carlsbad, California.

Can the manufacturer comment on how much grain is present in the product?

Although we grow all of our species of mushrooms on 100% whole grain, Organic, gluten free oats, during the cultivation stage, the mycelium rapidly expands into the oat substrate and produces an array of enzymes that liquefies the nutrients contained in the oats so that they are absorbed into mycelial cells and are then converted into mushroom tissue and mushroom metabolites. Therefore, at the final stages of production, no raw oats remain in the product.

What is the amount of Selenium and Zinc per serving?

Selenium is not part of our Nutritional Composition, however Zinc is 1.8 mcg/g
