These are fantastic little modules! They don't get hot, they're reliable, they get full gigabit speed, and despite what other reviews have mentioned, all four of mine worked perfectly in a MikroTik CRS309 and CRS305 and have had zero downtime or issues. The only thing that doesn't work is auto-negotiation -- you'll need to set the link speed manually in the switch's software. As someone who had never done it before, it took me less than a minute to set the ports to 1 gigabit speed, and I haven't had to touch them since. Highly recommended! The four pack even comes in a cute little tin with an insert to store other SFP modules if you have unused ones kicking around.

I bought this to use as a fall back for my UDR7. Main WAN is on my 1GB cable and the secondary WAN is a Verizon cellular back up internet. This adapter allows me to plug both in, so if/when cable goes out, the backup kicks in automatically.

Got these based on the reviews on Amazon and title included wide compatibility which listed TP-Link. They were easy to fit into my TL-SG2210P and after a while (maybe 10 minutes which seems a long time) they were recognized. They initially worked well - one servicing a specific VLan and one servicing a trunk port. But after a few days they stopped working. Tried changing ethernet cables around, powering switch off and on. They would periodically start to work but it was too unreliable in this particular switch so I have removed them. Price was good. Delivery was good, initial working was good just not reliable in my set up unfortunately. Gave 3 stars since they sort of work so maybe in different switch they would be as good as the reviews suggest but for me they were a fail. UPDATE: after updating switch firmwares the adapters have been very stable and reliable and seem to work with this switch as originally expected. For this reason it was reasonable to change rating to 5

Worked great allowing me to add an additional port to my Ubiquiti Edgerouter. Plugin in, enable to port in the software and away you go.

Not compatible with a MikroTik CRS309. It seems to work well in a USW Pro XG 8 PoE. It also works in a Cisco SG102-24.

Great purchase! Very happy with the performance of this module. Has somehow improved latency with stability connecting to my router with no heat issues and an increase of bandwidth in my internet connection. A cheap upgrade with compatibility extending further than Cisco branded equipment as I am currently using a generic POE switch with noticeable improvements over my previous patched setup.

Needed something temporary for the Cisco C8200 SDWAN so we could provide a temporary DHCP WAN connection for staging and remote connectivity by the network team. This worked well. Plugged it into GigabithEthernet0/0/2, recognized right away.

Packed with steel box, compatible with Cisco switches. excellent quality for production.

Perfect for Roger's cable internet. You could use a sfp+ port to get higher speeds into your network. Most rj45 ports are one gigabit. These adapter allows uo to 10gbe speeds. The speed is usually maxed out via Roger's at 2.5 gbe symmetrical.

Worked perfectly for Cisco MX95

At this price, thought I would try it out since my US-8-150W has those 2 SFP ports I don't use. Well to my surprise, and still unexplained, I actually get a better transfer rate from these than the RJ45 ports!? Would 100% recommend.
