This is a fantastic little item. It is well made and powerful, for its motor size and more than meets my needs. The pump is extremely quiet and runs at about 70 decibels and the price is extremely competitive. I'm very impressed by the quality, price and fast delivery (came on the second day).

Compressed air is the best air. And this compact compressor from Hyundai fills an important niche in the market. I don’t need compressed air often. And when I do, I don’t need a lot of it. But for those instances this well made little unit really ticks all the boxes It’s super quiet. It’s also small and light enough to be easy to store and carry around. More than enough power and capacity to top up car and motorcycle tyres. Add a blow gun and it makes short work of all sorts of cleaning tasks. Also good for light finish nailing and stapling. Not designed or intended for heavy duty industrial use. If you’re spraying paint or doing construction nailing you’ll need a bigger compressor. But this lovely little unit from Hyundai will keep your car tyres at perfect pressure and do a sterling job at dust removal without deafening you or annoying the neighbours. Five out of five for its intended purpose.

So, you have cruised the vast amount of compressors out there and arrived here, well done your journey is near the end. Quiet doesn’t sum up this compressor, it is very quiet, you can stand next to it running and have a conversation at normal volume without difficulty. It gets up to pressure in about 1 to 2 mins (mine is the 8L tank model) and is easily big enough for diy, hobby, or even occasional industrial use with staple and brad nail guns , would be great for air brush as well. if you are going to spray a car, or use big air tools get a bigger tank, but these ‘silent’ range of compressors will delight . Nice touch is the tank drain being a valve, no tools required to drain the air tank. The only thing I disliked with my last compressor was the noise, so without that, this is a great addition to my tool set, and might get more air tools now. Ordered on a Sunday arrived on Tuesday am, and £20 less than Screwfix !

Compact and very low noise. Only 1 outlet - but that was fine for my application as tied into 2 compressor system to inc capacity with air tools. Easy to lift and well made and speculating it will last. low weight and easily portable. Not much to do on setting up - just screw in the small air filter UK 3 pin plug and flex was long enough for my application about 4 feet approx.

Excellent product super silent and does what it says on the tin great value and compact

I bought this for a staple gun for upholstery. It’s great. Easy to use (I watched a video online) & quiet. I use it indoors in my dining room. For my staple gun I find that once it’s reached pressure (a couple of minutes) it turns itself off & will only come on again once I’ve done quite a few staples. It comes back on for about 30 seconds to reach pressure again & then goes quiet. Easy to move around - the handle is great & it’s small enough to store under the stairs. I did see a review where one chap had 2 that arrived damaged (a bit dented). I checked mine & noticed the filter was a bit dented. I contacted Hyundai via Amazon & their customer service was excellent. They sent a new filter immediately & I think it arrived the next day. The electric cable is really short but I think it’s for safety reasons. So it needs to be placed right near a plug. But if you get a long air hose it’s fine as the hose moves with you around what you’re doing. Really pleased with this as a first compressor for my upholstery.

There are a lot of options for compressors of this size and type but I am pleased with the choice I made. It's powerful for a compact machine and fits neatly under my workbench. As it has two cylinders, this compressor halves the workload of alternative single cylinder models I've used and is subsequently much quieter whilst managing to produce consistent air pressure. I use mine mainly for airbrush painting and it's more than capable. I suspect it will easily drive much harder working tools than this without issues. Operating it is simple with well presented controls and easy to read gauge. The large air tank also eases the workload on the cylinders further reducing any noise as it isn't running constantly to feed your air tools. It's clear this compressor is well made, feels like good quality and definitely does what I wanted it to do and more. To me this represents really good value from a well known brand, it arrived quickly, very well packaged and without issues. I'd happily recommend this machine especially for use inside, where portability, power and quiet operation is important. A good buy!

Received the compressor and like a few other reviews, the filter has been crushed (it’s bagged and zip tied onto the compressor handle and if the box gets knocked a certain way it will get squashed). Got in touch with Hyundai and they were very polite and courteous - I sent photos showing the damaged bit and they replaced it with no fuss. The compressor itself is a good size and quiet (for a compressor which are notoriously noisy). Build quality is good for the price and overall happy with the purchase :-)

I like it’s quietness and compactness, but if you run tools on it like sanders or impact wrench, the compressor might run continuously and hot. I bought it for upholstery staple gun which works fine. I received it with a damaged air filter and hope that the seller will send me another filter. All in all, I am happy.
