I'm an artist (among other things) and needed focused light on my easel when working in the evening. I'm always a little wary about working under lights as opposed to natural light as it can throw colors off. So, getting a light that was the right kind of light that also could mount in various ways to accommodate the canvas I'm working on was important. I was a little concerned that this light was USB as I didn't have a port nearby. When I got it, I realized the cable wasn't long enough to even reach beyond the easel, so another Amazon order to buy a power strip tower (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MKR57NV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that solved the immediate problem but also has been pretty handy to have power so close. The light attaches with a clamp that is pretty heavy duty and opens up enough to attach to most anything I have - it opens up a couple inches. The flexible arm is long enough for most everything I'm doing, but it would really be more useful at 20-24" rather than the present 16". The gooseneck might not be as rigid if that were the case. Once you twist it around to get the light where you need it, that arm does not move. So, I guess the trade-off is worth it. The default light setting is a bright white and it's perfect for most of what I need it for. I do like that I can change the mode to a warmer setting to see my work in different lighting. Any mode is plenty bright for a smaller area. I've had some USB lights that were pretty pathetic, but this provides good illumination. This would be great for any work area. The only negative is the light switch location as is it's along the length of its cord and if you have the light mounted behind something (like an easel) it's a little hard to find/get at. All in all, that's a minor nit for otherwise a great deal.

Excellent unit and unbelievably low price. I was reviewing similar lights that were at least double the cost so I was skeptical about quality. I was very pleasantly surprised when I clipped it to my dual-monitors, arc’d the light towards my face and turned it on. It is BRIGHT yet easily adjustable to a range of dimmer settings. The wired remote is easy to reach and simple to use. You can toggle on/off, brighter/dimmer, and the best part: you can toggle the warmth of the light. I think there are cool white, daylight and soft/warm tone which I find great for use at night since it’s easier on the eyes. This unit solved my problem of not being visible on web conference calls because my face was in shadow due to backlighting. If you’re on frequent web calls and need some lightning on your face, this powerhouse light has a range of settings so you’re bound to find a setting that’s right for you. My hubby ended up buying this exact same light because he liked the look of mine. He likes that it’s bright enough that he doesn’t need to turn on the ceiling light in the room he works in. I do like the modern design as well.

I used this product for my desk and to see the detail in my hobby of scale modeling. It was luminous and very sturdy with it's clamp. The cord tho where the lamp swivels, well it wore out within 3 days, now the thing doesn't even work. When they fix that flaw I'll consider this product again.

I use this light for painting. It clips onto my wooded easel perfectly. I love that there are 3 lighting options and you can dim them or turn them up. My first one stopped working after a little over a year, but for such a nice price, I got right on and ordered a new one and it was delivered the next day.

This died after 4 months of very light use and now no longer turns on. It was great while it worked but will now need to replace.

I really love these lights. I bought two of them to germinate some seeds but I wish I'd gotten at least two more. It has a switch that functions as a dimmer and alternates between white and yellow natural light. The clamp is of a good size and strength and the neck is strong and flexible. The lights also remain cool to the touch no matter how long you leave them on. I ran mine for a month straight with no issues before turning them off. If I had any issues at all, it would be that the light couldve been a little brighter but still a great product. Highly recommend!

I have just bought my third YOUKOYI LED Desk Lamp. The first two are clamped behind a pair of Apple Thunderbolt displays in my office and provide clean, simple 6500k bias lighting. If I am in a video conference where my face requires more light, I can bend them above the monitors (as seen in the product pictures) and adjust the warmness. Very portable and versatile. The third one will be going behind my TV. While the bias lighting isn't as even as an adhesive solution, these clamp lights still provide 6500k white levels and are non-destructive! I don't know how people can bring themselves to glue strips of cheap LED lights to the back of thousands of dollars worth of display. P.S. These lights do _not_ remember settings after being disconnected from power. This works fine for my use case.

It's designed to be a desk lamp, but I'm using it for my webcam. I want a light to brighten my face in meetings, and the round or other webcam lights were obnoxious looking in my opinion. I was able to attach it to my monitor stand and have the light sitting just above my monitor. Very low profile but provides plenty of light. Adjustable colors work well to get the lighting right for conference calls. My only gripe and reason for 3 stars is they don't last very long. I'm on my third light in 2 years, so only getting about 8 months before they die. First seemed to be a broken switch, and second just wouldn't light up. The buttons crack, so the casing on the switch isn't very good. I don't use it that often (4 times per week for maybe 6 hours) so feel it should last longer. The new one I just bought is slightly different materials, so maybe it will last longer.

This is an amazing product. The light is super bright, the design is sleek, controls are very impressive. The c clamp is a nice touch. It secures it to the desk and lamp has enough joints to adjust it exactly how you like it. Very good product definitely recommend it.

The light is bright and being able to dim it to the level you want is fantastic. It's also nice that you can set the colour temperature to either cool white or warm white, altho for my needs I do not need anything aside from cool white. The build quality is nice, the unit is light weight but also sturdy. Where ever you set the light, the light will stay in position. That said, the position I have the light set, the light bar is slightly slanted and there is no way for me to adjust it to be level. The biggest downside I find with the light is that it does not have a physical on/off switch. Instead it uses a capacitive touch switch to turn on/off and to cycle though brightness and modes. Lots of functions for 1 switch. I would have liked a more dedicated switch to be able to turn the light on/off. Aside form that, the light has functioned perfectly.
