What a waste of money! I’d be curious to see how the company tested out their sizing. Essentially, if you buy this to fit your waist, you won’t be able to get it over your hips. I purchased the correct size based on the chart and, indeed, it did fit my waist, but I practically had to dislocate my shoulder to get it on. There was no way I could get it on over my hips -it only made it up to my mid-thigh. (And I’m not built like Kim Kardashian, I bought this in a XS). Maybe this will work for you if your hips and waist are within a couple inches of each other. This is obviously not the case for the majority of women. Secondly, there is little adjustability of where you can wear this. In the winter, I like a belt around my natural waist because I’m not looking to cool off. But in the summer, I prefer to wear a belt lower around my hips in order to vent heat from my abdomen. This belt doesn’t allow for this. The little bit of adjustment comes from cinch straps on each side that make the fabric between them bunch when pulled tighter. I finally cut this thing off of me and even tried to sew in elastic panels. But I couldn’t save it. It’s a terrible design. Review: Works ok, could use a few improvements - I bought this belt in my never - ending search for a belt that doesn’t bounce. This did bounce a bit, but I found that using a smaller flask helped minimize that. It’s also a bit difficult to put the flask back into the belt while in motion. I did run a marathon with this and it went ok, but did leave some chaffing. Overall, it’s an ok belt but could use a little improvement. I do love the Nathan brand and believe they make high quality products.

Bad design, hard to put in
It’s a good product but I need to return it. Like others said, too small and it cannot get in if you have bigger hip.

I bought this running belt specifically for the soft water flask it was supposed to come with. It was delayed several weeks in shipping and arrived days before my half marathon race (I had ordered it about a month in advance) and when it arrived it was missing the soft water bottle. My friend ordered the exact same one and hers came with the water bottle so it was clearly an error. I would not buy this belt again. It’s not good quality and it’s not worth the price. I’ve only had it for about a month now and will probably throw it out. Don’t waste your money. Buy a belt with ample room of good quality and then buy yourself a soft flask water bottle separately from decathalon or something. They’re only $10-$15. This belt is junk. I never leave poor reviews, but this one really disappointed me. Poor construction too- it doesn’t unsnap at all so you literally have to pull it up over your butt and hips to get it on and off. Awful.
