Will this blade replace an abrasive chop saw blade?

This blade cannot be used on a chop saw. The RPM on a chop saw is too high for this blade. The maximum RPM this blade can be used with is 1800. A chop saw would use 3800 RPM.

What revolutions neede to cut metals

That was a badly worded question by the way, but I understand what you are asking. These cold/dry cut metal blades are made to turn no more than 1600 RPM. You CAN NOT put them into an abrasive blade style saw...they turn over 3000 RPMs and will destroy the blade.

Will this work for exhaust tubing?

This is a metal cutting blade for tube steel, angle iron, flat bar, structural steel, unistrut, EMT, steel studs and other ferrous metals.

Can it be used to cut wood with nails?

It might be cheaper to just remove the nails rather than risking a chipped or broken carbide. Thake your time and don't slam the bade into the nail. Give it time to cut . In short, I wouldn't do it with my saw.

Worked well for corrugated siding

Works really well for cutting corrugated steel siding. I’ve done 2 at a time - I believe I could double that with no problem. Infinitely better finished edge than using a thin disc on a portable grinder.

Best metal cutting blade out there!

I had bad luck with other brands of metal cutting saw blades but this one is amazing. I have cut about 60 feet of ten gauge steel with one blade and it still is going strong. Wear a rubber apron, long sleeves and gloves, face shield and go slow. The blade sends metal shards out in all directions. I have metal chips on the top shelf that is ten feet high and 15 feet from the cutting area! Bare skin can be cut with the clips coming off the blade so dress for safety!
