Buy this every year to make venison sausage. Great flavor and comes with everything you need!! It is also broken down so you don't have to do a whole 30#'s at one time. I usually do half batch at a time. You wont regret buying this.

Don’t get your smoker too hot
Absolutely delicious! I followed the directions to the tee Using deer meat and pork. Cooked in my smoker using hickory chips.
