Astazanthin helps
I bought Azantha Astazanthin about a month ago. I have been taking two pills a day of the 4 mg type. Didn't notice anything at first but I had no stomach discomfort, no burps like I had with fish oil (those were nasty, glad to get rid of those). Within a week I noticed that my skin felt smoother and I didn't have as much dry skin or itching. Now that it has been a month I am having less joint pain in my shoulders and ankles and my skin still feels really great. Just bought another bottle. Some other brands are less expensive but Azantha is 100% natural (no synthesized products for me).
