console runs better than any other secondhand company i have ordered from, delivery was quick and the seller sent me a replacement controller when the original had a defective trigger.

Console good, but controller needs replacement
PS4 Pro itself is in great condition, but the controller that was sent with it will not take a charge. As I try to charge it, it gives me a "?" As it it doesn't recognize it once it hits 1 bar worth of battery. Tried to contact seller and have gotten no response.
