Best food for frenchies

After trying what felt like everything for my Frenchie's sensitive skin and stomach, this has been an absolute game changer. She's doing so much better on this food, and I honestly have no plans to switch. She absolutely loves it; she knows exactly when it's mealtime and gets so excited when I grab the bag! Her digestion has been great, her skin has improved, and it's given me so much peace of mind knowing she's eating something that agrees with her. It's definitely not the cheapest food out there, but for us it's been worth every penny. I wouldn't feed her anything else!

We have 2 Frenchies and have been using Royal Canin since weaning our first one off of her initial breeder food. Our neighbors also have Frenchies but use a popular cheaper brand. Here are the differences that we have found: 1. We expected little gas bombs when we got Frenchies. I'm not saying that they don't have occasional daily flatulence, but I am saying that (sans the addition of certain human foods) we only experience one or two instances a day. There's nothing you can do to avoid a stinky house if your Frenchie somehow gets a little spaghetti sauce! 2. We may just be lucky, but we have not experienced allergies. 3. When are girl had her initial wellness check, our vet thought she'd most likely need palate surgery. She is just shy of turning 3 & this has not been an issue. Our vet contributes this to the food and her maintained weight and lack of allergies. I'm not saying that food is everything. I can only speak to what I've seen and experienced. Our neighbors' Frenchies are always gassy. We have never been there without experiencing gas from each of them at least 2 or 3 times during our visit. If we are just lucky and it's not Royal Canin preventing this in our dogs....we're not willing to find out! We are life long loyal supporters. Side note, our girl had one litter of puppies with our baby boy (Accidentally! We found out she was pregnant 2 days before he was scheduled to be neutered 😳). She had 6 puppies, 4 of the forever homes have kept them on the Royal Canin we started them on, 2 did not. It could be a coincidence but the non Royal Canin users have had issues with gas and allergies and the other 4 have not. Again, I'm sure it's a coincidence but I'm not risking it.

Mi French Bulldog se adaptó muy bien a este alimento desde el primer día. Le gusta el sabor, las croquetas tienen un buen tamaño para su raza y no le causó molestias digestivas. Es una muy buena opción para mantenerlo activo y saludable

Good choice, but expensive.

This is the best dog food for my Frenchies, they kibble is easy to grab from bowls because of the unusual shape. I totally recommend this pet food.

This kibble agrees with my English Bulldog . Not changing out anytime soon.

We’ve had our Fenchie Charlie for 7 years, this is the only food aside from treats and fresh fruits that we give him. He is in perfect health, no allergic reactions, always eats all his food and he’s very well built. I have and will continue to recommend this food to all Frenchie lovers.
