Confused how many DVDS do you actually get
The ad shows several DVDs I received only 1 I was happy with the constant on that though

The description of the product is misleading
The picture of the description of this product is very misleading. I only received one DVD packaged in a piece of cardboard. If you are looking for multiple workout DVDs do NOT purchase this product. Don't waste your money.

Fat Melter rejects, but most are still great workouts
I really like the Fat Melter series as a series of short, intense workouts. This is an additional set, but with a quirk...half of these are 30+ mins, are missing listed workouts, are bad quality production-wise, and all have bad spelling ("Here's your worm up!") or missed queues or wonky music. So I consider these to be the production leftovers or rejects. BUT... the first 7 workouts still are very good, about 15-18 mins. From 8 thru the end (12?), they are longer, about 30 mins, but are missing the last listed workout, and are of questionable quality. They will still give you a good workout, but don't be surprised if you look forward to the last workout on each and it goes right to the cool down.

This workout is fairly challenging for a short workout.....you do feel like you worked your body, heart rate is up and breaking somewhat of a sweat. Exercises are easy to follow even for a beginner.
