Great tray
I just needed a simple tray to take to my recliner when I want to eat in front of the TV and this works. I didn't want a tray table taking up space in my small home and I didn't want anything fancy since it won't be out on display. This is perfect. The texture allows for the plate to stay put and not slide around. It is easy to clean and durable. It is lightweight so it doesn't add extra weight for you to carry. It is the perfect size for a dinner plate and a side salad or cup of soup. I only bought one but it looks stackable if you buy more. It was also a great price. Totally worth it.

Necessity is the mother of invention
VERY nice trays! When I owned my home, I had sliders in all of my base cabinets (kitchen and bathrooms). Loved them because I could easily reach everything in them, even in the far back. I recently moved into a 55+ apartment where we cannot do permanent installations (like sliders--or anything else). I have 4 pantries, plus numerous other base cabinets (love them), but I cannot get something from the back of a shelf without removing everything in front of what I want. These trays fit almost perfectly on most pantry shelves (14" wide), and I can pull them out to reach or inventory their contents. Not as good as having 14 sliders, but these durable trays (with a lip) will do. And the price is great for their quality--sturdy, substantive, attractive. They're a pretty good solution to the problem.

Good trays, but they can twist along their axis
These trays are decent enough. Not perfect, but still good. If you are thinking they will be as bomb-proof as the commercial trays we've all used in cafeterias, they're not that. They're maybe 75% of that. They will twist along their long axis with not much effort. Thus, I would be hesitant or at least very careful carrying a full drink glass on this tray. But they're fine for carrying full dinner plates, salad bowls, silverware, etc. The twisting is not horrendous, and you can probably manage it by just being aware that it can happen. They're not flimsy, and they don't feel like they're going to break or anything, but they can twist as you carry them. The basket weave pattern on them is very shallow. It's not going to do much to give things you put on the tray "traction" to keep them from sliding around. But I'm not really expecting much sliding to go on anyway. I think the trays are fine in that department. For the low cost of these trays, they are good enough. I'm thinking of taking an empty jar, or can, or unused mug and hot gluing or rubber gluing it into a corner of the tray. And then use that as a steady holder to put full drinks in when carrying the tray. Probably a good idea to do this anyway, even if the trays were not subject to twisting. These trays are a nice size for putting a piece of standard cut parchment paper - 12" x 16" - on and using them to carry greasy spatulas and things like that back into the house after a grilling session. If you're carrying large food items that don't easily fit on plates, like shish kabobs, these trays with parchment paper on top for ease of cleanup afterwards would be great. I might not be as happy with these trays if they were $25 a piece. But they're closer to $5 a piece, and for that, any complaining is nit picking. I would buy them again. This listing shows different sizes of trays. The specific ones I'm reviewing are the 17.9" x 14" x 1" two-pack.

Handy, a good size, easy to clean and store.
This is just your average tray. There's nothing fancy about it. What it is, is highly versatile and functional. Its thick, made well, and makes prep easy, as well as sanitizing my tools, and getting everything organized and ready to go. I make a large sink full of sanitizer and do my tray first then set it on my drying matt. I then put the saucepan, whisk, wooden spoon, glass bowl, and temperature gauge into the sanitizer. I dry off the back of the tray so it will be slip resistant, and let my tools dry before organizing them on the tray before starting my L. Reuteri fermented dairy. I have an older tray that I keep close by to move my dirty implements to once I'm finished with prep. So basically, it is just an organization tool I use in all of my batch or fermentation processes. It keeps all of my sanitized items separate from my other supplies. It's also great for food prep. After sanitation of it and my cutting board and knife, I cut my herbs and items I need for my Fire Cider and line them out on the tray. I don't have to worry about the tray moving around or sliding off the counter due to its slip resistance. Once I have all my items cut up, I line up my sterilized jars and start filling them up with the items on the tray, onions, garlic, ginger, jalapeños, turmeric, lemon slices, orange slices, then toss in a few black peppercorns, some thyme, and rosemary, fill the jars with raw apple cider vinegar with mother, seal the jars and remember to shake them every day until it's time to drain off the liquid in about three months. I have another tray I set my jars of Fire Cider on to ferment on the counter out of the direct sun, so I remember to shake it about every day, or I'd forget about it. They tray comes in handy for several purposes and is thin enough to store with my cookie sheets when not in use, It's very useful.

Sturdy, Lightweight Tray – Ideal for Carrying Meals to Seniors
I bought two of the CFS Café Plastic Fast Food Trays (14″ × 18″, slate) to bring meals to my elderly mother‑in‑law, and they’ve been perfect. The trays are rigid enough to hold plates, bowls, and a cup without bending, yet light enough to lift with one hand. The smooth, non‑porous surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and is dishwasher‑safe, so I never have to worry about lingering odors or stains. The shallow edges keep dishes from sliding off while still allowing easy access for someone with limited grip. Their stackable design saves cabinet space, and the neutral slate color looks clean and professional in any kitchen. Overall, these trays are a practical, affordable solution for safely delivering food to seniors—or any situation where you need a reliable, easy‑to‑handle serving surface.

¡Buena compra!
