A Great Collection of Spice Mixes from around the world.
What a Great Book about Spice Mixes. There are some old favorites but there are also many unusual ones that really make a difference in seasoning food. There is also a nice background history about spices that makes this book even more interesting. I recommend this to anyone that spends time in the kitchen making foods for family and friends to enjoy.

Layout nightmare.
The content of this book is fine. It is the layout of this book that I am rating low. Almost all the pages have a recipe that that starts at the bottom with only a few lines usually the name of the recipe and a description then you must look at the other page or even the back of the page to get the rest of the recipe. I would give this a 5 star review if not for the layout nightmare.
