We’re impressed with this cleaner. We poured it on Friday evening and left it over the weekend, brushed and flushed everything away.. great and easy.. we clean commercial buildings daily.. this works!! I’m think it’s a little pricey but it is what it is.

got this for a relatively new urinal i installed in my home to keep the wife happy. The drain started getting sluggish after a few months an had what looked like soft fat in it, which i was told later was biofilm. Did not have calcium deposits, but this stuff did not work on the biofilm, Did do a decent job of cleaning and the smell was not bad. Will have to find a different product, can not attest to using on hard crystalline uric acid deposits.

Had a horrible stain in our toilet. Used multiple chemicals and a pumice stone. Nothing worked. I bought this with little expectation but man man was I wrong. I poured half the bottle and let it sit overnight. The next morning I used a normal toilet brush and the majority of the stain was gone. No elbow grease needed.

It may have to sit for a day, but this stuff works like magic. Just cleaned 2 stained toilets, an ancient sink in an apartment and a bathtub with scum/rings that elbow grease did nothing to remove. I've even set toilet paper up around the sides of a tub/sink/toilet to keep the cleaner in contact above the water line, and it works! There is no smell or harshness, no bubbles, no indication that it's working, but the next morning....wow! Massive improvement and cleaning ability. Highly recommend.

Maybe good for cleaning but did not do nothing with clogged urinal

The product doesn’t work very good, but repeating the process over a few times…actually until it was all gone, it did clear the blockage. Used twice as much as instructed.
