Can you use this product on stained concrete?

Yes this can, we suggest this product for mainly over concrete countertops. If you are looking for a Sealer for a stained concrete floor then we would suggest another product we have DK400WB.

Does this product have to be reapplied every couple years like an acrylic finish?

I wouldn’t think you would have to reseal it if you use a concrete wax on it. Ours are inside. I wouldn’t know if you would have to reseal your concrete if it’s outside.

Can this be applied if concrete is cold?

The Concrete Temp should be at least 50 degrees F. It will slow down the dry and clear time.
