focus of the light not adjusted.
product seems to be faulty. focus of the light is not adjusted properly. one can not examine properly as focus of light imparts somewhere else. batteries not provided with the otoscope. I will advice to not to buy otoscope online. Buy it in any sugicals after examining it properly. This otoscope can not be returned. They have no return policy.

Missing of a cel in a parcel
Really a very disgusting ,i just got my v kare otoscope and when I open a parcel there is a missing of cel, I am very unhappy
