I love this cream and I do feel like it’s helped balance my hormones. I’m post menopausal but HRT isn’t something I can handle. I love this cream. Wild Yam is great for Hot Flashes. This cream absorbs quickly. Smells great. Very effective. Worth the price. Leaves my skin soft and smelling great. Has natural ingredients which I love. I use this daily. Just a pea size on both my wrists, bend of my arms or my chest area once or twice a day. It has been a life changer. A little goes a long ways. So this product will last for quite a while. I will definitely buy this Moonmade Wild Yam Cream again and again. I highly recommend this product.

Great smell, good size product. Will last a long time. I just started using it so I haven't noticed any change yet. But with anything natural it will take consistency and time.

This cream works to balance hormones to relieve symptoms of menopause. My hot flashes & night sweats all stopped after 2 weeks of using this cream twice a day (night & morning). The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the scent. It is kinda sage smelling, which is fine while I’m sleeping, I just don’t like to smell like that when I go out. It is also in an olive oil base, this makes it greasy. Again, not a problem while sleeping, I just don’t like it during the day. Overall a good solid product. Once I use it up I’m trying Anna’s Wild Yam Cream. It’s supposed to be creamy, light scented & soak in quickly.

Works pretty good when used as directed. However, it took at least 3 weeks to start noticing the affects. It has a nice, mild rose scent. The cream has a very pleasant, smooth texture.

I like it made me sweat. But it’s expensive to repeat as the content is too little.

I am amazed at this product! I was having meno hot flushes throughout the day and pretty much hourly throughout the night. I have tried several natural products, magnetic bracelets etc and had given up hope. A friend of mine from Germany told me her doctor had recommended wild yam root cream for some minor meno symptoms and suggested I try it. I was sceptical to say the least and did not hold up much hope. Now, two and a half weeks on, I have no flushes during the day at all and at night I don’t flush either. If I wake up at all, I am just a little warm and certainly not radiating heat as before, My cooling blanket and silk pillow are not needed any more and I have chucked the magnetic bracelet away! I have just ordered my second jar of this so I don’t have to go without. The last one arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. I like the smell, which is almost herbal. I have a reminder set twice a day on my phone and use a fingertip full once in the morning and once in the evening on my inner forearms. I know natural remedies don’t work for everyone, but I hope more people try this. I am thrilled!

It's too soon for me to tell if it makes a difference, but it smells beautiful and feels good on my skin. It is dense and obviously made with quality ingredients.
