Good quality
Good quality from HP genetic ink does not work as well

Cartridge do not work in the Hp printer
I have an HP printer and I buy this product in Amazon and no problem. But this one when I installed in my printer. It did not accepted it was saying the cartridge is not Hp ink. So now I am afraid to open the other ones it might not work. I hope some one take care of this issue because this cartridge they are not cheap.

Great Customer Service; Finally!
One of my cartridges had an issue; I received a replacement the very next day! FANTASTIC customer service experience. This was my first time using this company. Thus far, my prints come out with crisp colors and it was compatible with my printer as advertised. I would recommend this product.

Bad quality control
I know the product is good but the condition the item was shipped in is unacceptable. I'm not sure where the damage happened but again this condition is unacceptable.

Seems to be used.
After installing the ink it shows there’s low ink in the new cartridges. I printed and the pages look terrible. Lots of lines and look faded.

Defective Cartridge
I received the package today, installed the new cartridges, and the Magenta cartridge was defective. It's such a hassle returning items through Amazon JP, I just kept them. I reordered the item in hopes I get a working cartridge this time.

Good ink. Greedy Company.
Its good quality printer ink. I'm only giving it a 3 stars because of HP's greedy company tactics. Most of their printers will not accept any other 3rd party ink of any sort because it is not "HP licensed" or whatever. They force you into buying their printer ink for a much higher price. Its hard to get around because it is built into the software of the printers which they update regularily to continue blocking out 3rd parties.
