I need 10 handles to replace existing 3 3/4 however the drawer depth is 3/4 inch thick so I want to make sure the screws will work.

The set comes with two pieces 1inch screws and two pieces1.75inch breakaway screws. The one-inch screws suit the 3/4inch thick drawer front board. And you also could cut the breakaway screws into the appropriate length. I hope it can help. Ravinte
