I’m 5’6 230 lbs what size should I purchase?

Measure.  I ordered an XL.  I wear an XL and sometimes XXL Shirt. (16-18 pants). My weight fluctuates between 234-237, however, since COVID, I have gained in my midsection, hips and butt.  The most recent time I measured, my waist was 39” or 40”(would have benefit from measuring again).  I have the hardest clasp on, the 1st, most inner clasp, yet, it’s a struggle getting it zipped.   I’m determined to get the zipper up, beyond 1 1/2 inch up.  For now, I have left the partial zip and  Velcro’d the belt closed.  I’m going to slim down with this belt with exercise, eating healthy smaller portions, drinking water and I have Sweat Sweat ointment and plan to order the Hot Cream now.  I’m determined to lose weight all over, but especially my Mid-Section with this full torso situation.

What type of material is this? Does it compress ypur tunny or does it stretch?

It is 80% Neoprene & 20% Polyester. And it compresses your tummy to the max & it’s super tight so you have back support and comfort. It also has corset clips and a zipper and a belt that will bring your waist in, within 2 days of using it.

I am 5’5, 197 and I ordered the 1x, but it does not fit me. It is too tight, so I need to resend mine and get a size bigger

Do they come in extra small? I order a small and have started my workout / diet plan and within 2 days its not tight any more on the tightest clips?

I ordered small too. 5’0 inches and weigh 120-125lbs. It’s not so tight anymore after a couple hours of use. However, the outside waist strap still has a few inches of velcro to tighten it so I will keep it.
