The product as whole is not to bad and contains small bags of sand . As long as you are upright and doing exercises that you are standing is fine.These small bags in the vest can drop out when doing exercises such as 'burpees'. They can also drop out when taking on and off the vest.If the slots where the bags go into were sealed or had a fastener then the bag of sand would not be able to fall out so easily

Bags fall out constantly this needs a better design, but it works but it is inconvenient to exercise with this as bags fall out constantly
