Fantastic read!
Seth and Joshua deliver a series of important scenes of what to do, and more importantly what not to do, in a world of free-information Unbound by the rules of yesteryear. If you are like me, you will be shocked at how many of the 'Unwritten Rules' of are buried away in your business DNA. You will be comforted by lessons to overwrite that code; embracing vulnerability, transparency, and the free-sharing of those trade 'secrets' that you once shielded from your colleagues. Quick, valuable read that will have you laughing and reflecting throughout.

Transformational education in an entertaining package
I read this book in 4 hours on a flight home after a long week of work. As an “old millennial” I sit on the knifes edge between the traditional hierarchy and the new network. I found this book solidified leadership principles I was already implementing and provided ideas for ways I could further transform the way I lead...and the way my corporation operates.

Not your average corporate read!
Many people complain about working with the millennial generation, this book puts things in a different perspective and is told as a story, there is no lecturing here. Quick read, very worthwhile if you are a people leader in a very mixed generational world.

Worthwhile read
Definitely suggest this book for anyone in a large corporation. Had very interesting concepts. Pretty quick read. It could use a better copy editor though.

Culture is key to happiness at work!
Great book in corporate culture and how to either buy into the drama or make your own way.

Rather a bad novel
I was waiting for a book offering some insigh about the relation between people or deparments inside a working environment, but instead I found a very bad novel with very few interest for the real world. The only valuable remark the autor can offer to the lector is that the hierachies are going flat, but this single idea doen't make an entire book, it is not enough, so the autor has to fill in the pages with inrelevant fiction.
