Do these work with any lamy pen? i have the fine nib l19-we-f

Well, they won't work with the Lamy 2000, since that is a piston filler. But they will work with the Safari, Al-Star, Vista, and Studio, if you have any of those. I do not know about other Lamy pens.

Which end inserts into the pen, the thick end or the thin end? Also what is the internal diameter of the pen insert where the seel is located? Thanks

The thick end is what will insert into your pen. Not sure on the internal diameter. It fits all Lamy fountain pens that accept a cartridge.

can I use different color catridges for same fountain pen?

So long as it has your pens model name/number on it the cartridges should be interchangeable. I've used blue black and red in the same pen.
