We had an issue originally. The box set we ordered did not come with names on both the flasks and boxes. The names were just on the boxes and was in a different writing that what we ordered. I notified the seller. They were very personable. I did not get angry with them. Just pointed out the issue and asked that we get the flasks with the names on them as promised. I was more than willing to send back the wrong flasks. They corrected the issue, sending out new sets that were exactly what we ordered. And they did it in a very timely manor. The product itself seems to work great. No leaks. Boxes are very nice. The writing on the box is not in black like in the photo. But still very pleased. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Really really great quality at such an affordable price. They look so fancy and feel great! Strongly recommend!The only struggle I had was there were not enough characters in the customize boxes, so for my 6 groomsmen I put "Groomsman (x6)". If you put the names in the same order as titles, even with something like that, the makers are on it. Very pleased with the experience!!

These were subpar. The laser personalization on the name is jagged on some letters. The lettering in general is wayyy more dim in person. I had to take this picture in natural sunlight just so you can really see it well. I like the matte finish.

These turned out perfect!!! They also came quickly, especially for something that was personalized. Customer service was great and worked with me because I didn’t want them for Groomsmen. It was for our family vacation.

The items came super fast and they look absolutely awesome! I had some issues with my personalizations which turned out to be my fault and when I contacted the seller they responded very quickly and are replacing my items even though it was my fault. They have excellent customer service and great products. I will definitely be going back to them for any other personalized gifts I need

WARNING!!!! Do not order the brown flask. They do not look like the picture. The company will give you a refund so that is good.... but save yourself the trouble and time.
