works well if you remember to put it on before finishing the wiring LOL slides right over easily folds to where you can ziptie a nice end. just take your time with it and it'll look awesome. great price, good quality, and easy to use. i never have tested the amount of heat it can take. i will be doing that soon. keep a look out for an update, cause this weekend i will see how much heat it can withstand.

I'm restoring my old Road Star this is going to be good for putting wires and fuel lines between the cylinders happy to find it it's going to be a while before I actually get to use it but it looks like it's very good product

Works great for my application. I use this to make TIG Finger Type sliders for tig welding stainless pipe. has some smell if you get it too hot but doesn't leave a residue in my experience. I cut two pieces, one slightly smaller than the other, fold the ends in on the longer one with the shorter one stuffed inside. then fold it over itself and stuff the ends together. remarkably heat resistant even at welding temperatures

Ran some new wires in my vintage sled and these sleeves did an excellent job to prevent abrasion to the wires when feeding them through tight areas. Also it makes bundles of wires look very clean and tidy.
