Has a sweet smell and taste. Not too large and can be easily swallowed. Has all the things I need. Seems to be of good quality.

They gave a really strong vanilla taste. I dislike the fact that I burp and taste it and the pills are huge horse pills lol BUT my energy is UP and I get my vitamin intake. They also smell like vanilla as well. I’ll definitely be buying these again, it’s worth the money.

I don’t mind these, they look big but there super easy going down. My urine turns bright yellow with these. I read that it’s just the Vit B. Would definitely remand purchase again.

Good Supplements, I found myself well, just a little too big the pads.

An easy to take vitamin, but has 4 times the recommended dose of Vit B6 (even allowing for mal-absorption following bariatric surgery). Just One was recommended to me by the dietitian. It is an easy to take product that didn't result in the usual nausea that I experienced - associated with B12. However, after 8 months of taking this product as the sole vitamin supplement, I became very unwell and was eventually diagnosed with vitamin B6 peripheral neuropathy. The source was traced to this product as i was not taking any other supplements. I recommend that you get your B6 levels checked before you start taking this brand, as alternatives with a lower daily dose of B6 may be more appropriate. The TGA of Australia provide this warning 'WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6)' though there is no current requirement for manufacturers to display this warning on products that contain less than 50mg of B6.

These tablets are huge - not something you'd expect for bariatric patients who have difficulty swallowing larger food items. You'd think they would make them smaller, not bigger than regular size tablets.

These multivitamins are the biggest I have ever seen. Even when I cut them in the half they’re still difficult to swallow. They’re about the equivalent to swallowing 4-6 Panadol.
