Overall great belt, and I might have been able to go down to a medium, I have a 35-36” waist, I ordered the large, but I’m liking it so far, lots of support for squats and deadlifting, I’ve even used it for weighted dips. The shipping did take longer than the typical two day, was about a couple of weeks but worth it, plus all the other belts weren’t 6” width like this one, so worth the wait.

It does what it's supposed to do. Not as comfortable as the dinosaurized holster.... but it does work

I was a bit worried before buying because nylon belts are not as robust and stiff as leather belts, but this one is as close as it gets to the stiffness of leather belt... really love the built quality, the look and ease of use. I recommend

Great belt! Size down though
Love the belt, plenty of support while still being flexible enough. I did have to return the size large I ordered for a Medium just to have a tighter fit. I had their lever belt and knee sleeves but had to sell them because I lost too much weight. I will continue to buy iron bull products as they are always top tier!
