My favorite of the vegan milks, this cashew and coconut milk blend is creamy with a very mild coconut flavor and makes a good morning latte. These store well and don’t require refrigeration which makes them easy to keep on hand in the pantry. I like to use these instead of milk when I’m under the weather and avoiding dairy, this is the perfect sub, and my sister who doesn’t drink dairy loves this for her coffee as well. This is also a healthier version than many other vegan milks, with no additives - no added sugar, no oils — just filtered water, coconut cream, cashews and salt. And it’s non gmo. Local grocery charges over $7 a bottle for these, so buying this case was more economical as well.

I LOVE THIS CASHEW MILK! IT'S THE CLOSEST YOU CAN GET TO THE SENSATION OF DRINKING COW'S MILK BUT IT'S ACTUALLY MUCH BETTER TASTING! IT HAS A SMOOTH, RICH, MILKY, SILKY TASTE THAT IS JUST WONDERFUL! We love this milk, has great flavor without being too coconutty. Smooth texture. We like that it can be stored on the shelf until opened so it also work great for camping. Although, it is a little pricey.

No nasty ingredients unlike most other nut milks. And still find it super creamy and delicious and not watery at all. It’s the only nut milk I use now.

I have been through so many different milks and this one has a delicious taste and works well in coffee, cereal and even alone.

I've tried many brands of cashew milk, and this one is the best. Made with no fillers, only cashews, so it takes much less to be a good coffee creamer than any other type of dairy-free milk. It may seem more expensive, but it lasts much longer, so it's totally worth the price.

If you want a sugary nut drink, you may like this Elmhurst Cashew Milk with added cane sugar and "natural flavors". My household has been trying to purchase the unsweetened version with only TWO ingredients, cashews and water, a product which is difficult to find, and which Elmhurst is rightly proud of. Three times, i have ordered the unsweetened version, and three times the wrong item has been sent. Twice, i ordered the crates of (6) 32 ounce cartons from Amazon, and once i purchased single cartons from Whole Foods (they sent an entirely different brand - with sugar and gums). Now, i am stuck with 416 ounces of unwanted, perishable, sweetened cashew milk . Annoyingly, these are unreturnable - and pretty expensive. With autoimmune disease and cancer in our home, we strive to avoid sugar and unidentified "natural flavors", which are in the sweetened Elmhurst Cashew Milk. So, Amazon, we do love you, but please stop sending expensive products which have not been ordered and which are not returnable. How do i know when i can order - and receive - the correct item?!
