Nice fan but it would have been helpful to know there was no pole inside the box for a higher ceiling. No big deal but two trips to the store later, I got what I needed. I would also recommend getting one with a light on it. It's silly not to have that too. My fault for not looking through the details.

The place we wanted it is 12feet high, it is above the stairway to the basement. It pulls up the cooler air for the whole house.

The fan works well, but I ran into 2 issues:1. The down rod is 1/2” and not a common size which made finding a longer down rod difficult.2. The weight in the dynamic balancing kit was too light and I ended up using a clothes pin to get the fan balanced.Otherwise, I like the unit.

Very quiet; white color and slim silhouette blend into the ceiling. Easy installation.

First, I want to say I am a fussy customer. That being said, I love this fan! It is quiet, good looking , and really moves alot of air. The remote is great and no worries about broken chains.

I normally hate ceiling fans - this is flush and works well for my gym. We liked it so much that we order more for the rest of the house
