Yogamatters Yoga Block

Brought 4 blocks to help with my posture while meditating and also great to place under my lower back to help relax and stretch my lower back muscles. Good price and great choice of clouds , would recommend

I love these yoga blocks (I bought the purple ones - a gorgeous rich-looking colour) having the same make in my yoga class. They're firm but with a slight give in them which make them extremely comfortable. Very reasonably priced too. The blocks are just the right thickness - I bought two giving me the option to increase or decrease the height depending on what feels most comfortable at the time.

I've used wooden blocks before for my exercises at home, but was looking for something a bit more comfortable and these blocks definitely do the job. There's a great range of colours to choose from, and as with all Yoga Matters products, they are well-made and sturdy. The price is good, and the thickness and size is just right. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Using as a platform to make the footplate higher on my basketball wheelchair. Looks fine as colour merges well. It's supportive and sturdy enough to withstand energised games of basketball and the size fits ok

Great blocks - perfect to help individuals keep spine in neutral when doing seated exercises. Colours are gorgeous. Bought the berry coloured ones and I love them.

Absolutely love these. The size for the yoga class is perfect. The material of the block feels of good quality. I even ordered a second one for my daughter and I. Great choice in colours. I would definitely recommend them.

This a perfectly good block to support the head and can be used to sit on. A block( or two) is essential for all yoga students and this fits the bill. It seems good value for money and should last a lifetime. I'm very pleased with it.

I bought these for my new class. Any yoga practitioner will know how to use them. The colour range is very good, they arrived very quickly. One of my class now has her own (she said the telephone directory just wasn't the same). I like these as they are lightweight.

Come da descrizione ma il colore non è nero ma grigio scuro.L'odore è molto forte e fastidioso ma spero che vada via con il tempo (una settimana non è stata sufficiente!).
