What inside diameter are these?!

Hi just measured them, 8mm and the bar that goes through the ear is 5mm. Haven't taken mine off for over 2 months, since I bought them and they still look new. They also fit in cartilage piercings.

I am unable to get get these out does anyone have any advise starting to panic!

I found just be as rough as you possibly can acknowledging that they may break in the process. This is a huge due fall with theses earrings so I don’t understand why they are so highly reviewed as they are awful
