These are probably the one of the few kids’ chewable vitamins on the market that provide the full recommended iron intake, which is exactly why we keep coming back to them. One of my kids has struggled with low iron levels, and these vitamins have helped us keep her numbers in a healthy range without needing a separate supplement. The flavor isn’t her favorite, I usually have to push a bit for her to take it, however, it’s worth it for the nutritional value. Just a heads-up: these are not gummies. They’re harder chewable tablets, so kids used to soft gummy vitamins might take a bit to adjust. One thing to watch out for: once you open the bottle, make sure to use it within a reasonable time. We noticed that if the container sits too long (especially in humid conditions), the tablets start developing dark spots, probably due to oxidation or moisture exposure. It’s never been an issue for us until we forgot about them for a couple of months. We’ve bought this product more than five times and will keep doing so. Even though the flavor could be better, I’m giving it 5 stars because it truly delivers what’s hard to find: a complete multivitamin with iron that works for kids. If that’s your priority, this is one of the best options out there.

Easy to break. Edible. Fresh. Cheap. Good. Not sick. Maybe it works. So yes I like. Kids seem very full of energy and adults too pretty fine. Must be doing something effective. Not too sweet sugar is not the main flavor.

My doctor said I needed to take a chewable multi vitamin twice a day, he didn't care what brand. I asked him if Flintstones was OK. He considered, and said sure, why not. So here we are, reliving childhood memories, chewing up some cartoon characters.

The chewables are easy for them to eat and don’t have that chalky aftertaste you find in some other brands. I also like that this version has extra iron, since that’s something many kids’ diets can lack. The bottle lasts a long time with 160 tablets, making it good value for the price. The only downside is that the flavor can be a bit strong if your child is picky, but overall it’s a reliable multivitamin that helps cover the nutritional bases.

I am 70 years old. My doctor was saying that my iron level was depleting over the last few years. He recommended to start using these kids multivitamins plus iron. My iron level has drastically improved enough now that I give blood every eight weeks. Which I have not been able to do for several years. I know a strange review lol but sometimes simple is the best answer. Best of all these do not upset my stomach like regular arm pills used to.

These seem to be way better than I remember when I took them as a kid in the 90's. They dissolve quickly after chewing and there's not much chalkiness. Flavor is good as well. These are a better buy than the gummies since you'd need to take 2 gummies to equal one of these, and even then you won't get as much vitamins/minerals as these. Some are even missing entirely from the gummies.
