My husband bought this for me for Christmas, but it unfortunately came cracked during the shipping processes. I wrote them the next day after Christmas, worried that since my husband purchased it early November that we would have difficulty.They quickly responded with replacement or refund options, and were extremely generous and fast responding. We decided to replace the mirror because it is beautiful and very elegant, and they shipped another one that came in perfect condition. I put it next to my vanity, and its gorgeous, sleek and fits perfectly!!Would buy again from them !!

I can finally see my feet.... I even think it might be a “skinny” mirror “, but hopefully I just don’t look as bad as I thought!!! It’s great!

Always inspect merchandise!! But it is a beautiful mirror!!
When I finally got my husband to hang it I had thrown the box out. Should have returned it Corner was not attached. Frame also needed more glue. My husband is trying to repair it. My loss !

Money wasted!
Very poor quality mirror. Misaligned corners amd hooks. Frame broken and missing paint spots. See the pictures for more details. Please avoid!
