ToteScan Intelligent QR Labels for Organization/Moving/Storage (45 Unique Labels, 2.5"x3")

This is easily one of the best products I've ever purchased in terms of value. For less than 30 cents each, I know exactly what items I have, in what quantities, and where they're located in my house. That's been huge in an older home with limited storage. I can now store bulk purchases for nonperishable food, toiletries, and other similar items in standard plastic storage containers and never forget what I have on hand, minimizing food waste or the chance that I run out of something important. This product is particularly well-suited for this sort of storage because it also allows you to scan the barcode to add an item, making it quick and easy to add items to the app. Even without the barcode feature, though, this product adds a ton of value. For example, you can add photos to each item, making it easy to visualize specifically what items are stored. I found this particularly helpful while storing bakeware, serving dishes, and other kitchen items I use only on rare occasions. Could you create a spreadsheet to create inventory lists that do something very similar? Sure, you could, and that would be totally free. But if you're looking to add more detail, like photos, or an easy way to at a glance see everything you have stored, this is a really fantastic option. And while the interface isn't fancy or even particularly modern-looking, it does have a surprising number of great features and is incredibly easy to use. If you don't have sufficient storage space, but you're worried about forgetting what you've stored where, this purchase is a no brainer.

These are by far the best and easiest to use. I cannot imagine how any labels could be more intuitive and user friendly than these are! Likes: You can use dictation to list the items, make the titles, make the descriptions, or you can type them in You can do all of these things listed above (some brands do not let you do so many) You can scan a bar code of an item and if it finds it, it lists the item in the title for you and provides a stock photo of it too You can set the labels/totes to private so no one else with the app can scan them and know what's in them, or you can set them so that anyone with the app can scan them and know (handy for family). You can take all the photos you want of your items to add to your descriptions You can move items from box to box with an in-app simple process There is no difficult learning curve with this app or using these These are very reasonably priced There are no fees or additional purchases required You can use Alexa to help find things Dislike (only 1): UPDATE - I found out the way to make custom locations but it changes from the main profile and doesn’t show in the app until I scan the label on the boxes in that custom location. I’m still trying to figure this one out. There is no way to add custom locations. While there is a very large selection of locations to choose from (Garage, shed 1, shed 2, basement, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, etc. and for examples), you cannot name a location such as "Junior's bedroom" or whatever. At least I could not find a way to do so. I used another reviewer's suggestion and got some recipe card protectors, used index cards to put the labels onto, slipped the cards into the protectors, and then affixed them to the totes that way. This provided a means of reusing the labels should I decide to get rid of a tote or combine them. If you're looking for labels with QR codes for storage organization, these are almost perfect! 5 stars!

This product is organized so well. I will continue to use these bar codes and this system on everything stored from seasonal items, to keepsakes, to tax & financial records, to files. The ability to pinpoint location while listing contents to include a photo of individual and/or itemized contents is awesome. Pulling up the location of an item by entering a key word into the app is epic. One can enter or delete items is a plus. By setting this up now can certainly save a monumental volume of time if a complete household move occurs. Simply scan the barcode to locate contents and/or placement in the new home.

I really like this system. Scan the label, designate name and location of tote, upload photos and descriptions of the contents, and voila. Plus, the app is free, without any extra fees in app. For totes, you can change the tote location; add, edit, or delete an item; move individual items from one to tote to another without having to reenter all the info. I'm also using this siren for more than totes. I stuck a label on the inside of a bookshelf, then scanned and inventoried everything in that shelf. We have seal vault for food storage. Each one now has a ToteScan label. I can now scan the label and see exactly what is in each vault and, because I included expiration dates in my descriptions, know which items should be used first. It is a great way to get organized, and to create an inventory for insurance purposes as well. Their uses are only limited by what you can imagine

Easy to use, works as described

Ho scoperto questo prodotto leggendo un libro statunitense sull'organizzazione della casa. Purtroppo sono difficilissime da trovare in Europa e ho pagato 22 euro quello che negli Stati Uniti costa solo 11 dollari. Ora sono disponibili solo a 66 euro, prezzo folle. Queste etichette hanno un QR code che puo' essere letto dall'apposito app: e' possibile fare la foto e includere la descrizione di scatole e scatoloni in cantina, garage o nei contenitori per i cambi di stagione. Possono essere riutilizzate in quanto l'app consente di cancellare e modificare le foto e descrizioni. Io non le appiccico togliendo la parte posteriore (tranne che per scatoloni che so che non buttero') ma metto dello scotch sulla parte posteriore in modo che non cadano e mi consentano di attaccare. staccarle a piacimento. Costassero 10 euro sarebbero 5 stelle piene. A 22 euro sono a 4 a 66 euro sono assolutamente un no, a meno che siate disposti a spendere un occhio! Non ho trovato prodotti simili su amazon. C'e' Avery ma non sono di qualita' equiparabile.

Made life so easy. You need to be a bit organised taking a photograph of everything but, once it’s done you will never have that issue of trying to find things after the move. You get loads of sheets, so no fear of running out. The labels are clear and good quality and they stick on the boxes easily.
