What's the difference between this iron and the other Sam Villa's one priced $129.95?

I can't really answer this question, but I can tell you this. I will not spend the money for another Sam Villa product. The Sam Villa flat iron I purchased did not even last 2 years.

Can I use in Australia without voltage converters ? What’s the voltage?

I’m in the UK and I had an electrician change the plug for me otherwise I’d of had to use a converter. Not sure that helps you.

Can I use it worldwide like Korea ,Europe?

I had to have a UK plug fitted on my by a professional electrician. I suppose as most of Europe use the American plug you'd be ok.

Is this iron used in place of blowing ones hair?

I've never used this texture iron on wet hair.. The plates are small crimps, not smooth for straightening and used to add volume to the hair..
