Are these lifting straps suitable for heavy lifting, and will they last?

They are designed for grip support during deadlifts, rows, and similar lifts. Before frequent or heavy use, inspect the webbing and stitching. Stop use and contact support if you notice fraying, loose stitches, or damage.

Is the wrist padding soft, and can the straps feel uncomfortable at first?

The straps include wrist cushioning, but new straps may feel slightly stiff and comfort can vary with fit. Start with short, light sessions and adjust the pad position. Stop use if pressure, numbness, or pain continues.

Will these fit different wrist sizes, and is the strap length sufficient?

These adjustable wrap-style straps fit differently based on wrist size, hand size, and wrapping style. Use light weight first to adjust tightness and wraps. Increase weight only after the straps feel secure without over-tightening.

Is this a wrist brace or a grip-assistance lifting strap?

This is a grip-assistance lifting strap for exercises such as deadlifts and rows. Its wrist cushioning improves contact comfort. It is not a medical brace and does not replace proper form, progressive loading, or professional advice.
