There are so many health benefits to moringa and it is helping with my chronic fatigue. I love that it is an adaptogen also. I appreciate the high-quality organic product without outrageous pricing. My body feels good taking this and I can't wait to see how I feel over a longer period of time having added this to my diet. I find my self learning more and more good things about moringa and it's definitely worth researching. This helps keeps my skin clear and glowing and I have experimented adding it to homemade toothpaste with good results. The taste is definitely doable for smoothies and not overwhelming. I am sometimes making my own capsules and buying more powdered supplements in bulk. Really impressive nutritional profile. I feel way better about adding this to my diet than buying an over-the-counter multivitamin. I wish I would have known about moringa sooner. I also love the transparency of this brand being very upfront about where it is sourced from. When other brands don't give much information it makes me feel like it may not be very good if they don't want to tell you the information you really want to know. Well packaged and fast response from this brand when I had a question. Very pleased.

Well, for starters I’m writing this while camped out on the bathroom floor. I heard that Moringa was good for low milk supply and decided to try it. I’m sure that this is a good quality product, however I have never taken Moringa before and my body had a violent reaction (both directions) about 8 hours after taking their recommended dose. I’ll update in a few days if it did anything besides to improve my bond with my baby instead of my bond with my toilet... Update: restarted at 250 mg daily with zero side effects. So far no change in milk production but studies say 250-350 mg BID is needed for that. I will say that I’m not as tired as I normally am (and for a mom of 3 that’s impressive!).
