It is a good choice for the indoor exercise
I am not a gym fan, and don't like outdoor exercise either. Cycling bike looks like the best choice for indoor exercise. When I search around , I found the best indoor cycling bike cost over 2000 bucks. That's far away above my budget. I found couple of $ 200-300 bike on Amazon and picked this one. But really not sure about the quality of the bike when I placed the order. The well wrapped package make me a little bit exciting. Following instruction, it can be easy assembled. Although some parts( LCD display) look a little bit cheap, overall, the bike look decent , the steel frame is sturdy and the wheel runs smoothly.really good deal for the price. I have used it everyday since it arrived. everything works great. Few main point I would like share: 1. size is good for the small house. 2. Easy assemble. 3. sturdy but easy moving around with the wheel. 4.wheel runs smoothly without noise when you ride on it. 5. adjustable paddle fit everybody's need. Generally, It is a good choice for the indoor exercise.

Loved the bike then it broke right away - UPDATE
I really want to love this bike. It's a great size. Super easy to put together. Sturdy. Great price. Easy to move in my apartment. It WAS quiet. So much about this bike is great, hence a lot of five stars except for overall rating. I got about five solid rides on it, I really loved it for my tiny Brooklyn apartment. No more gyms for me, super happy to work out from home. And then it broke. Badly. Terrible, awful, no good, extremely loud grinding, squeaking, churning noise by the pedals. Extremely loud. Something internal is broken, there's nothing I can do about it. Bike is not usable in this condition, I'm pretty certain my neighbors can hear this noise through the walls. I'm extremely disappointed. I just request a return/refund. I also bought the extra warranty so here's hoping I can return this thing without massive hassle. I now have a giant useless paperweight in my tiny apartment. UPDATE: Customer service was excellent. I was mailed a replacement bike, there was indeed an issue with the ball bearings. I had to mail back the handle bars which was a little tricky during these Covid times in Brooklyn (we were still under lockdown then) but I managed it. New bike is put together and so far is running great. I'll report back if it indeed breaks again, but so far, so good!

Awesome purchase, Great customer service
I purchased this bike a couple of weeks ago given the recent shelter-in-place guidelines so I could have a way to workout at home. The bike itself is awesome - it is a great purchase, especially given the price point. I did a significant amount of research beforehand, comparing all of the models amazon has to offer, and ended up buying this one - I'm so glad I did. It is sturdy, rides smoothly, and has a nice look to it. It is silent, which means I can get up and workout without disturbing anyone else in the house. Because it has wheels, it stores nicely, so I don't have any issues wheeling it out to workout and then wheeling it back into its place. Since buying it, I've taken spin classes 5x/week or so (spinning from my living room and casting classes to my TV); it is such a luxury to be able to workout at home! Lastly, the customer service is wonderful - they are very responsive and will work with you if you have any questions, always responding back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Very convenient due to recent events. However, does not last long before falling apart.
I ordered the bike and it came in very quickly. I used it almost every day. A very good small, compact bike. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Even the resistance was very nice on it. This bike came in before I was supposed to stay in doors and the gyms closed. Which was very nice for me to just hop on the bike and go. After using it for about 2 months I started to notice the resistance wasn't working. I took out the resistance rod to see it stripped. At first, I planned to just replace it. You know, easy fix. However, either the spin wheel or the belt began to, not drag, but feel like it was hitting a slight bump every few rotations. Not convenient when you have neighbors below you. Making it sound like a base in my apartment. Another gripe, but didn't bother me much. Was the monitor you use to record RPM and such is very touch sensitive when on. There is enough room to put a tablet to watch videos, but when you lay the device on the monitor. The buttons freak out. Beeping every second. You have to take out the 2 AAA batteries to stop it. (Yes, batteries are required. However, it does come with 2.) Sadly, I am returning this bike due to these reasons. If it was more reliable and these issues happened five years down the line? Then I wouldn't bother and this would get more stars. Since this happened about two months after use. I am returning it.

Great idea, but had some issues with it
Assembling was no problem, unlike many directions booklets out there, this one was easy to understand and follow along. All of the pieces were there, and they all fit together correctly. My one complaint (and I see this in some of the other reviews) is the range of the resistance. It starts out already pretty difficult and even though you turn the knob to the right, there is little change in the range of resistance. I attend spin classes at a studio several times a week and there is no comparison - their bikes are way better. They are sturdier, quieter, and have a better range of resistance. The "Zero" resistance on this bike is probably already halfway up the studio's bikes. We had to unscrew a few things to even get a little less resistance. I think this is because it's magnetized that there's less range of resistance. When I stand up in 3rd position it also makes some noise and rocks side to side. Overall it's fine, but not great.

Customer Service Pushed Rating Up
I will be echoing much of what's already been posted. The bike arrived well packaged without any damage. It was very easy to assemble, probably took me about 1/2 an hour. It's very sturdy. The seat initially felt uncomfortable, but after some position adjustment, the discomfort was alleviated. When I first received, the bike made almost zero noise while in use. Within a couple of weeks there was a minor creak. Within 6 weeks, that minor noise became intolerably loud. The bike still ran smoothly, but given a selling point is its quiet operation, this was unacceptable. I couldn't even drown it out with a headset. This is where Customer Service excelled. Initially they asked me to try a particular fix; that didn't work so they asked that I send them a video. They decided to just send me a new bike. Between the time I first contacted them to the time they decided to send me a new bike was not much more than 48 hours. I've since received the new bike and will update this post if it just ends up having the same issue.

Great Bike
I really like this bike. I was used to riding a Keiser at my local Y. I did a lot of research and wanted to find something similar but not as pricey. The bike was easy to assemble. A few parts here and there and it was ready to go. I have used it twice now and I find that if I lean forward more and spread my upper body weight above the handle bars the bike won't toddle back and forth. I just need to get used to it. The tension is good and there were some surprise gifts inside !!! I loved that. Overall great bike that doesn't break the bank.

Old school. Gets the job done.
Pros: At this price point, the spin bike does exactly what you need. The bike is almost completely silent (great for apartments), and the magnetic resistance system is idiot proof to use. Very easy to assemble, sturdy, yet light enough to simply pick up and move around the apartment. The wheels on the front are plastic and not particularly well made, but they work if you need them. Cons: The "computer" display that comes with the bike is really cheap and broke after a single use. Probably cost no more than 5 RMB to manufacture -- seriously. Not sure it would have been accurate even if it did work. If you use your own heart rate monitor and do heart rate based training, it doesn't matter. But if you are looking for a bike with a sophisticated power meter / distance calculator, this is NOT the bike for you. Bottom line: if you are looking for an economical, old school bike where you can pedal very hard while stuck inside, this is very good buying.
