I've put this to use by clipping it into the leather hammer holder loop on my right hand pouch.I never use that loop, and this adds an extra pocket. Holds my chisel and a scratch awl, and prevents sharp tools from ending up in a leather pocket. (Which would soon be cut through)

Perfect for preventing any tears in my toolbelt. Enough room for a chisel and a sharpie to tuck in nicely.

This holder is a bit bulky, probably so it can fit a variety of tools. It is fine for a construction chisel with a fat plastic handle. A fixed-blade utility knife will probably fall out.

Great quality

I got a tool belt for a great price that didn't have a spot for a utility knife that has a little larger body than standard. This allowed me to put the knife right where I want it and got it out of the bottom of a pocket where I was constantly having to dig for it under fasteners.

Seems durable.
