Great product
I've had the E25 for a month now and it is a cracking vacuum and mop. The machine itself is brilliant. It is efficient, the vacuum easily deals with hard floors and carpet - identifying the difference between the two and increasing suction on carpet. We have a dog and it easily deals with dog hair. The mop is great. It isn't as good as a manual mop and hard, dried in messes will not be dealt with, but it does a great job dealing with everyday mess. The E25 can easily tackle thresholds of an inch and the arms on the sweepers helps it get to dust in corners, etc. The app can be tricky to get used to, but when you know what's what - it is easy to use and has all of the items one would want (scheduling, amending the cleaning dynamics (I.e. suction, amount of water used for the mop, number of "passes" over the floor, etc.). One thing to remember is that the waste water tank (in both the robot and docking station), etc. will need to be rinsed every so often - and you will need to do an occasional manual clean to get into the areas this won't reach - but if you look after it, it certainly makes life much easier and does a great job.

Really impressed with this little robot
Iโve been using the Eufy e25 for a few weeks now, and honestly, I didnโt expect it to work this well for the price. Itโs super easy to set up and use โ I just connect it to the app, hit start, and it does its thing. The mapping is pretty accurate too. It sometimes misses small corners, but overall it covers my apartment really well. The vacuum quality surprised me. It picks up dust, pet hair, and random crumbs without any problem, and the dust bin is easy to empty. I usually have to clean it out every couple of runs, which shows how much it actually collects. Build quality feels solid, and itโs quiet enough that I can let it run while watching TV. The battery lasts long enough to clean my whole place, and it always finds its way back to the dock. For the money, I think itโs a great deal. It doesnโt have all the fancy features of the expensive ones, but it does exactly what I need โ keeps my floors clean without me having to do anything.

Summary: 15C Max GREAT Price-to-Value Ratio for Robovac in 2019, 2020 and even 2023
As a robotist, I thought - how could you go wrong with the iRobot robovac models? But then I saw eufy and took a long hard look at the various offerings - and back FOUR years ago, I decided to buy this device. SITUATION: I have a 900+ sq.ft. flat with large windows and lots of particulate matter coming in from the outside. So I needed a vacuum which could: 1. Capture all of the hair and dust around (long hair from myself and others) 2. Keep working for over a week so I would clean out the bin when needed 3. Handle the different rooms it would be traveling in (2 bed rooms, a bath and the main areas) 4. Be quiet when it ran during the early morning PROS / CONS Looking at the different eufy Designs along with other players, here are the things that made me choose and use the eufy 15C MAX: 1. Suction Power - at 2000pa, the 15C MAX is one of the strongest suction services out there. A different in 500 may not seem like much, but when on a towel or carpet, it comes in handy. 2. Cleaning brushes/tools - this device has two spinners and one rotary brush which drives material into the trash bin, but the spinners have interesting behaviours that make them "okay". Every so often, one of them stops spinning, but it may be part of the system itself. 3. Battery life - the 15C MAX is a beast and can handle the full flat with one charge and then some. 4. Bin Capacity - the 15C MAX is perfect with the size of the trash bin (600mL) and makes cleaning it out easy. 5. App / Scheduling Cleans - if not for the app, this 15C MAX would be annoying since I would have to MANUALLY control it (as I did with my first robovac). But with the app, it was a dawdle and I simply clean it out once a week. 6. Remote control - a silly addition, but heck - some people like having ANOTHER controller in their hands to control it when it is going at the wrong time. 7. Auto charge - seems to work pretty darn well - except when it catches my trainer's laces or the fan's power cord. 8 . Smart home integration - Alexa/Google - have it connected to my Google service but rarely use it, but it does work well when I do. Things that are a bit annoying about it (and likely all all robocvacs): 1. Mapping service - with no mapping service, this thing just bounces around from place to place. And, it shows when you hear it doing the bouncing. 2. Hybrid (mopping) - with laminate flooring, you'd think the mopping function would be an important feature. But research shows that the mopping is almost like having the robovac scoot its butt along the floor with a wet handkerchief - which will not do a proper mopping and the 15C MAX just does not do. SUMMARY After four years (and going) I am still VERY happy with my eufy 15C MAX purchase - whilst I keep looking for something that would convince me otherwise to get a better offering. UPDATE - JUL 2023: could not get myself to purchase the X8 or any other "scooting" (what dogs do to express their anal glands) mop solution - not very effective at all. I have been intrigued by the eufy X9 Pro with Dual Mopping Heads, but at ยฃ899 - that is a ssstttrrreeettttccchhhh.

Excellent robot cleaner
I bought this as a housewarming gift and โEufyโ is a cherished member of the family. Excellent and does the job well, manages to get into corners very well and wipes up spillages. Itโs not human so donโt expect it to clean like a woman but itโs pretty good at its job

Excellent cleaner
Excellent cleaner. Struggled a bit with dog fur but seems to have sorted that out. I had to physically empty the dustbin on the robot to get rid of the fur that wasn't taken up by the automatic disposal but I think it couldn't cope with fur from carpets that had stuck there from cleaning with a Dyson. Now the carpets are fur free the E25 manages to empty itself every time and cleaning is a doddle. Certainly recommend this Robot and our oak floors haven't sparkled like this since they were put down two years ago. The E25 mapped out the whole of our ground floor with great accuracy and speed - I was amazed at how it achieved it so quickly so it can clean all 2000 square feet if I set it off to do every room. It returns to empty its bin as it needs to and then returns to the same point it left to continue. A thoroughly good bit that has efficiently saved us time and done a better job than we were able to do before we purchased it. My wife was very anti buying it as she thought it would be a waste of money but now she loves it and recommends it to everyone who visits! I'm glad I bought it at the 'Black Friday' price as it is very expensive. Once you have mastered the app then it's a doddle to use.

Finally, a robot that actually cleans black slate!
After trying several high-end competitors, I am finally blown away. We have a large kitchen-diner tiled in black slate, which has always been a nightmare to keep clean. For the first time since moving in, we can actually see the natural grain of the tile. It looks better than it ever has before. โThis isn't our first foray into robot cleaners. We started with an iRobot, then "upgraded" to a Roborock. Unfortunately, the Roborock died after just six months, and the after-sales support was non-existent, no one was willing to repair it, so it had to be returned. โThe eufy E25 Omni is in a completely different league: โCleaning Power: It picks up everything and the mopping is superior to anything else we've owned. โPerformance: It handles the texture of slate beautifully without leaving streaks. โReliability: While it's still early days, the build quality and performance feel significantly more robust than our previous models. โMy only slight niggle is that I missed the Black Friday pricing, but even at a less discounted price, the performance makes it worth every penny. If you have difficult flooring or have been let down by other brands, this is the one to get.

Promising idea, flawed execution. In the end I returned and replaced with RoboRock Qrevo S5V
I really wanted to like the Eufy E25, and on paper itโs an excellent concept. After several weeks of use, however, I ultimately returned it and replaced it with the RoboRock Qrevo S5V, which has worked far better for my home. The differences between the two made the Eufyโs shortcomings much harder to ignore. The main reason for returning the E25 was the mop drying system. Even on the standard drying setting, the roller never fully dries. Over time this leads to a persistent musty smell after mopping, and it genuinely starts to feel like the robot is spreading a thin film of mildew rather than cleaning the floor. This became noticeable within a month. After switching to the RoboRock, the contrast was stark: its spinning mop pads are completely dry by morning and can be easily removed and washed in a machine, which feels far more hygienic and sustainable long term. Navigation was the second major issue. I live in a straightforward two-bedroom flat, yet the E25 frequently lost its bearings, paused to reorient itself, or wandered aimlessly as though it had forgotten the map. This was especially frustrating when using virtual barriers, which it would sometimes ignore during these re-mapping moments. The RoboRock, by comparison, has been far more consistent and predictable in how it moves through the space. The dock also didnโt live up to the โset and forgetโ expectation. Like most mop-washing systems, the dirty water tank requires frequent cleaningโideally after every mop or every couple of days at most. If left longer, odors around the dock become unpleasant, and cleaning the tank at that point is genuinely unpleasant. This isnโt unique to the Eufy, but the combination of the damp roller and the dock odor made the overall experience feel less hygienic than it should for a product at this price. To be fair, the Eufy E25 is solidly built and vacuums well, but in daily use the design trade-offs became too difficult to overlook. The RoboRock Qrevo S5V feels less clever in theory, but much better thought out in practice, particularly when it comes to hygiene, navigation reliability, and software flexibility. In the end, the Eufy E25 feels like a good idea that hasnโt been fully refined. After switching, I wouldnโt go back. If youโre choosing between the two, Iโd strongly recommend the RoboRock over the Eufy for real-world, everyday use.

Great product - very happy
This is a great piece of kit and easily managed via the existing app that works the security cameras too. Top tips - we leave ours to run at midnight every day and leave the doors open downstairs. Even with lidar - it can catch the base of tables, chairs, planters etc. When you first use it - let it map and watch it run a cycle then put no go areas around everything it catches. Also, remember to empty the dirty water frequently or the sediment collects and its nasty. Follow the routine care instructions too - cleaning of the brushes and drip tray. Its gets dirty in the bits you cant see. All in all - brilliant system. Love it.

Is almost a household confidante
Was contemplating a lot on whether to return or not. Had days thinking nah I'll keep it and then the next no VFM. Pros: 1. Does a good job with vacuum and literally no hair left behind on roller. They really got that right. 2. Day to day mopping feature Cons: 1. Frequent mop washing (detergent levels will drop and can only use Eufy detergent which is not available on Amazon) 2. Mop drying time is recommended to be set as standard (5 hours). When you use quick dry which is like 3.5 hours, the next time you try to use it leaves a very smelly floor. I had to redo the floor manually. Electricity consumption as a result. Charging however does not take time. 3. As oppose to what they say, you have to leave a clear floor with no furniture lying about for it to do a thorough clean of the zone/room. If not it avoids the area with a wide margin and at times doesn't even finish the area. 4. It doesn't detect on it's own if there is matter left behind or a deeper stain than normal. If Eufy can take note of the points maybe their next product will be a better improvement but I find no value for money in it's current price. Seller AnkerDirect AE responded to this review and I commend their help. Now I don't have issues in using Eufy products as I was hesitant to keep it after reading up reviews where there was no contact from Eufy. Any others hesitant for same reason in UAE should not be. If I knew earlier about their responsiveness, I would not have returned it as it's a good tool to use if managed effectively.

E25 honest review
Works good on tile floors.. leaves little water stains .. however we are happy with the performance. And works well. Yet to see long term performance. Overall self cleaning features are functionwell as well. Will share long term review after 3 to 6 months .

Edge cleaning is very very limited. Many things gets stuck in front brush, roller brush. Maximum dirt dried ones arr stuck near the roller. Water usage with soap is very limited
