2 years later & I still take them daily! I took them all through pregnancy & breastfeeding & then pregnancy again & now breastfeeding again. I never once felt nauseous after taking them. A bit annoying to have to take 3 but they certainly have helped! I have definitely noticed a difference in my body, aside from feeling like crap if I don’t take them, my nails for the first time in years are very strong & healthy in appearance. I’ve also never been able to grow my hair this long without it looking unhealthy & thin towards the end! Very happy

I like that it has folate instead of folic acid because not everyone’s body can absorb folic acid which is essential for your growing baby. Garden of Life is high quality and I like their products.

HUGE FAN since 2021. I use it as my prenatal/postnatal/regular multivitamin. I FEEL better when I take it daily. THIS IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR A GOOD DIET, but it definitely helps fill in the GAPS. Pair with a good fish oil, and whatever else you may need.

It is such a well rounded vitamin compared to other prenatals. It is more expensive than others but it really helped me with my morning sickness. The gummies were too sweet some days to eat.

Great Organic/Non GMO Prenatals- but you will need to add other supplements! Pros: This is a great product and one of the only food based, organic, non-GMO prenatals I could find. Food based is vital for baby! Cons: They do have a slightly strange flavor (just while you are swallowing them) so I usually try to take them with juice and not water to avoid noticing it. Note: These prenatals are good but are not 100% complete for many moms. They lack many nutrients you need to grow a healthy baby. I did a ton of research on nutrients needed for optimal fetal development and this is what I came up with. (Note: I am healthy woman with no preexisting medical conditions- each mom is different and you should talk with your doctor/ midwife to decide what is best for you). I think many women, when finding they are pregnant, run out and buy whatever "gummy" prenatals they see. I did this to begin with just to have something, but this brand was recommended so when I found them in Whole Foods I bought them. These vitamins aren't without cons but the pros outweigh. Taste- Yes, taste. My entire pregnancy I gagged these things down. I kept these bad boys on my nightstand and when I woke up, I would glare at them. BUT- they made me feel less ill than the gummies. (They have nausea reducing ingredients!) One of the capsules probably broke and nicely coated the rest of them, because subsequent bottles haven't had this effect. It very well could have just been a pregnancy thing. There was no after taste for me like with gummies. Size- Nothing crazy here. Serving size is 3x/day. I took three once a day just to get it over with because they did help with first trimester illness. They are capsules. Ingredients- The best I've seen in a prenatal. I didn't take any additional oils or other vitamins while pregnant other than probiotics. I felt like on the days I only drank chocolate milk and lettuce with Italian (does that count as a salad?) I was still giving my baby something nutritious. Cost- It was worth it. Nuff said. Cost is also what kept me motivated to get through the bottle. 😒 Options- I didn't/haven't done this, but the bottle mentions breaking the capsules and mixing them in something like a smoothie. If you feel like I did about taking them, you might try that instead of entertaining your husband every morning with ridiculous vitamin-taking faces. Bottom-Line- Buy them, try them. Not feeling as sick was worth the 30 second gag. 😝😑😂😎 P.S.- They are great for taking while nursing. They are still my daily vitamin!

This is a great product for pre-menopausal women who are lacking the vitamins that they need because regular vitamins don’t have all we need at that age.

I absolutely loved this prenatal vitamin. It was easy on the stomach and I loved mixing it into my green smoothie in the morning. As a breastfeeding mama I also used it during postpartum and it is helping keep up my energy!

I take the raw with the prenatal DHA The raw do have a strong smell but I open the capsules and put them into my smoothie so I don’t taste them and I’m not taking the capsule part either!! I feel relatively good and other prenatal shave made me feel very nauseous and these don’t do that for me! I’m happy I purchased them

Have done a fair amount of research and this product consistently comes up as a recommended supplement for pregnant women. My wife has been taking this supplement throughout her entire pregnancy. The pills have been fairly easy to swallow and she hasn't reported any problems ingesting it.

This is the 2nd bottle i ave bought. A natural supplement for pregnancy with no synthetic ingredients. Fantastic product.
