Full of creativity and flair
This earphone has quite a unique feature in the contour fit metal neckband.I have never seen this idea in a headphone before, but it does actually work. The plastic around the metal is nice and soft so you barely notice the neckband. And it does seem to be anti-slip as I have tried some rigorous jumping up and down and it sticks to my neck. One of the most common gripe I have with earphones are that the earbuds tend to fall out of my ears quite easily.I suppose I probably have weird shaped ears that don’t conform to average joes. But the main culprit tends to be the cable swinging as you move which pulls the earbuds out. This unique Active Max collar stabilise any movement and so far, it’s the only earbuds that stays put for me.I have tried running, cross-fit and skip rope with this Active Max and it has made my workout a lot better as I am no longer that conscious of the earbuds falling out after some big movements. It also comes with magnets at the end of the buds so you can just clip them together and wear the whole thing like a necklace when you are not using it.Again, that anti slip collar comes into play even at rest and makes wearing it like a necklace quite natural and nicely stable.A very thoughtful and creative design. It has IPX5 dust and water proof. And there is a clear voice capture mic with one touch control for taking phonecalls. The unusually long battery life and incredibly fast charging of 2hrs adds further to the product. The sound from this little thing is also really impressive.Good natural warm vocals backed up by a decent bass and some very lush trebles. The texture is surprisingly smooth with very clear details.Although I think this is mainly down to that anti slip collar which means there are less movements from the earbuds so there is less extraneous noise to distract you.All in all, the sound reproduction is very pure and natural. This little thing could give a full size headphone a run for its money.Kudos to this company’s creativity for trying out new ideas in the market. All the more so when the ideas are executed so well. For the great unique feature set and the well above average sound, I give this earphone a full 5 out of 5 stars!Definitely a sport earphone for sport enthusiasts.

An Earphone that is worthy of the “Sport” tag
Ok, there are lots of “Sport” headphones and earphones on Amazon but they are exactly like any other headphones apart from maybe a bit of a different vibrant colouring or sweat resistant marking to denote them as “Sporty”.This Active Max is the first earphone I have come across that is worthy of the “Sport” tag.The reason? It actually has a feature that is not some overblown marketing gimmick for a change, and it is actually useful for sports.I am referring to the “Contour Fit Anti-slip Weighted Collar”.When you take it out of the box, the earphones look like any others but once you put it on there is a semi-flexible metal band hidden underneath the cables that sits quite naturally round your neck.It is only slightly weighted so I was sceptical it would stay on my neck.I tried some skipping and surprisingly, it stayed almost completely glued to the back of my neck.I think its mainly to do with the plastic coating they have used as it does seem to be “anti-slip”.it's a nice quality warm rubber coated cable so you soon forgot about it being there but it does the job really well.I can now run for miles track and field in some pretty rough terrain without the cables swinging uncomfortably. An important side benefit is that with a lot less cable swing there is less earbuds movement = more secure fit earbuds and no external noise from the earbuds moving about in your ear canals. In fact, I would say this is actually better than active noise cancellation as that cut out background noise but at the cost of introducing a slight white background noise which colours the music.Plus active noise cancellation can’t deal with ear carnal noise anyway. The Active Max solution is far better as it reduces cable swing and improve stability.Making the sound output more natural and purer without having to introduce more things into the mix. This earphone has transformed my run as I can now hear more of the musical details without worrying that the earbuds falling out.It has only a medium level of bass but it is the fine details and subtlety it is able to reproduce that really makes it miles ahead of similar competitors.Midrange is energetic and richly textured. This is nicely complimented by a treble that is just the right balance of sweetness and light.Even when the music is not turned on, I appreciate the serenity and comfortable stability this earphone gives me if I just want some peace and quiet while running. This is the only “Sport” earphone I rate highly in the market right now.Definitely worthy of the Sporty accolades.

Battery failure in a couple of weeks!
Not good from me unfortunately! I was excited to read reviews that said these earphones were great for running. They were, and the weighted part around the neck does stop them from bouncing around too much. Sound quality is fine, nothing special but as good as you might expect. Overall I was very happy with my purchase. After maybe half a dozen runs though the battery will not hold charge whatsoever, to the point that I am only able to turn them on immediately after they are taken off charge. A complete waste of money for me.

Tutto bene ma... troppo delicate
Prodotto perfetto in tutto se non fosse che quando è in carica si spegne e sino troppo delicate, dopo pochi mesi smettono di funzionare
