what are the size of minnows? I do not want the giant ones.

There’s no minnows in this food, that I have ever seen, as it’s little just small chunks of fish. My 4 year old female black Lab loves them in White fish only, but if you get it with Salmon added, my girl seems to have a minor allergic reaction in the form of crusty breakouts on her tummy. I used to get strictly the White fish as a “topper” for her evening meal, but you’ll have to experiment to see how your pet reacts to the food in general. Too much each day might be a bit too rich for your pet, so start slowly. Good luck with it!!!

Item damaged and why can't return

I would try to contact the seller anyway. They can't use a damaged or opened item for health and/or COVID safety reasons, I think. But they may issue you a refund and tell you to throw it away. They might ask for a photo of the damage (like a torn or smashed bag?). It's worth contacting them, even if it says non returnable.

where are the green lipped muscles sourced from?

The packages from this company say that they are made in Oregon, so likely sources from the Pacific Ocean? It doesn't say specifically, but that's my extrapolation. :) Hope this helps.
