Great product, a little expensive but an excellent conversation piece to have in your living room. Everyone always stares at it when they come in, it's super chill and relaxing. Takes about 60-90 minutes to set up and the Styrofoam packaging gets everywhere. There's a couple minor maintenance issues; you have to use distilled water and fill it back up about twice a week because water evaporates. I also put a few drops of algaecide weekly just to prevent algae. In addition, you have to keep it running all the time or else water dries up on the mirror and won't flow properly. The water level must be kept above the filter or it makes a loud noise, and you have to make sure the wire from the filter is not touching anything or it hums. But if you are diligent in maintaining it, everything turns out fine. I had the problem of water not flowing over the entire mirror after a couple weeks, but I used a toothbrush to clean the water holes and some glass cleaner for the mirror behind and the problem went away. All in all, it's a beautiful piece and I highly recommend it if you entertain guests in your house. It adds to the Zen vibe in my place and although expensive, I'm glad I got it.

Great Product. For the value you won’t find a nicer fountain. We have 2 . The bronze colored mirror and the regular mirror finish , you can’t go wrong with either . Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Alpine.

I really enjoy this fountain. Had it for about two years now. It’s a statement piece that draws everyone’s attention when they walk in my house and gives that peaceful spa aesthetic that I was going for. I don’t run it all the time but usually do when I have people over. When running it regularly, you do need to keep adding water. For me, when the water starts coming down unevenly, that’s when I know to add more. I keep a foam bath mat under it just in case of any spillage and one time found it soaked- water had been splashing from the back because it was so full. I keep it on the fuller side just so the water falls evenly. To mitigate this problem, I keep a black towel pushed up against the back. At one point the motor became so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation in the same room and I thought, great, guess this thing didn’t last after all. But I reached in the water and moved the motor slightly and the noise almost completely stopped; I think the motor had shifted off of the foam padding underneath and that was causing the noise. The motor does still have a slight noise to it and that’s why I don’t give it 5 stars. I use distilled water and haven’t had any other issues. It’s a truly lovely piece if you’re willing to maintain it. (I think someone else suggested something for algae and that probably wouldn’t be a bad idea.)

I JUST got this yesterday, installed it and for an hour it worked great. I turned it off and at night when i turn it back on, the left side, 25% of it, the water was NOT running down. The pump is on working great, I cleaned the mirror, used the toothbrush, used my finger as per book, STILL, 75% of the background looks great with water but the other 25% will just not work or run water. Really IRKS me after paying so much money when I just saw someone locally selling his for $200 bucks with 3 months used. I didn't buy it cause I didn't want to have any potential issues so I pay full price for no issues and BAYUM. Issues FIRST day in, not even 12 hours IN yet. Here I am the 2nd night and YES I am up NOW messing with it trying to get that water to fully cover the mirror. I called then a few hours ago and they told me to read the manual? That was the customer service I got for all that money. I am debating on returning it but I only have the box for the mirror as I stupidly used the other small box for something else thinking I wasn't gonna have issues cause it was NEW. Did I just learn an expensive lesson with that dumb decision. If that other guy was selling his after 3 months and now i am having this issue and i just read some others having the same issues, U might want to stay AWAY from paying ALL THIS MONEY for this. The motor is also MEGA LOUD. I had to invent and put a rubber piece under it to stop the vibration cause that small foam piece they give u to supposedly keep the pump from making that loud vibrating noise is a JOKE. The rubber invention fixed that but the left side not getting water is a big issue. ALL spouts are shooting hard and strong, the mirror is super clean, floor is level, so I don't get it. I am still SHOCKED their customer service told me to READ THE MANUAL. I did, there was no magic fix in it. I did all it said. The fact that its in the manual should have alerted me to the the fact this must be a regular problem with this if they have to point it out. I might still return it after I find something else to replace it. I will see if i can find something comparable first unfortunately cause it does look nice.

I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings. It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together. We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much! The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops... I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it. I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see!

I bought this to use in my bedroom as a night lamp on my night table. That way I could benefit from the light and the relaxing sounds if the water. I installed it using a smart plug, do I could control it using my phone. One of the best things about the fountain is the fact the light and the pump is powered separately. This allows me to control the light independently from the waterfall using my phone. What I don't understand is some of the "one star" complains. For example: someone said they have to pour water in it everyday, if the water is evaporating from the fountain everyday, what does that have to do with the fountain itself? That's just your environment, its not like the fountain is leaking. I also read people saying the glass is being stained by the water, what does that have to do with the fountain? It's chlorine, if you dont want chlorine on the glass, then use purified water. In my opinion it's unfair to give bad reviews before trying to understandthe issue. My experience with the fountain - I had the same issue with the water not covering the whole glass. All I did was use the toothbrush that came with the package and gently scrub the glass towards the edges slowly, so the water could start flowing to the edges. It took my about 7 minutes and I had water flowing flawlessly on both sides. As it relates to the noise - I have mine next to my bed and all I hear is the water. I installed the pump on the sponge provided, ensured it's fully immersed in the water and that was it. If you angle the light just right and turn off the surrounding lights, you will see the lights reflecting off the flowing water in your ceiling; beautiful to see. Love it, one of my best purchases.

Super easy to assemble, looks good, not sure if the item will fair well in the outdoor environment. Very light weight. I cemented the base in the ground and I plan to remove the top after the summer to store inside the shed or basement until the next spring/summer to preserve as long as possible. The water flows well, light is not bright it’s rather dim. I thought it would be made of heavier material for the cost.

Been looking for something like this for years and was so surprised to see this on Amazon. The look is great and the sound of flowing water is soothing. We keep it indoors at our front entrance. It's definitely a conversation piece. Love it!

Had a couple issues/questions and I texted support. Sheila was excellent very quick and thorough regarding my questions and issues. Within an hour they answered my questions and resolved my pump problem with a no charge replacement. Couldn’t ask tor better customer service! Also love my fountain!
