-Great product and quality. My chiropractor recommended to use a birth ball to help with the sciatic nerve pain and with the lower back during pregnancy. I started using it around 26-28 weeks, I'm currently 34 weeks and my sciatic nerve pain has improved tremendously. I try to do exercises everyday (HA!) but I only do it 2-3 times a week. **Horrible to inflate. It does come with a pump but after 15-20 minutes of doing it myself I ended up going to my car and using the tire pump, filled up in 5 minutes.

This 65 cm ball came with a stability ring and the pump to blow both items up to optimal capacity. The pump is very easy to use. The exercise ball sits nicely inside the stability ring allowing me to exercise as well as use the ball as a chair to assist with better posture. I received an email after ordering as well with helpful tips, tricks and exercises to use with it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants great quality at an exceptional value.

I use this ball as I desk chair while I working. It helps me to not slouch and slump and hurt my back or squish my butt. I actually notice a bit of different in my posture because I am actually focusing on keeping myself up. I did notice a bit pain at first because my core wasn’t tight and I was so use to slouching coming from a desk job I’d ten hour boring days in a horrible desk chair. But as I started working out and getting use to the ball I feel strong and it keeps me active and bouncing while working lol

I love my purple and white yoga ball!!! When I received my yoga ball it was ready to inflate. It came with everything you need to inflate and store the ball. It includes a steadying ring. The measuring tape that was provided is marked for the diameters of the ball. It even has holes in it so you can encircle the ball, put the nozzle of the pump through the holes into the ball and inflate. The only thing that needs improvement is the pump. It was a little awkward to use. It wasn't really stable to use by foot. I used my hands and arms. I have to admit it was a really good work out. You need to be really quick when removing the pump nozzle and inserting the plug. The ball deflates rather quickly. Also make sure you are grabbing the needle, and not above where the needle connects to the hose (LOL, I did). I really did not think the ball was going to hold my weight as I am currently over 200lbs. Once I let it sit over night at 80%, I blew it up to 100%, plugged it, and sat down. To my utter surprise it held and continues to do so. I would definitely recommend this product. A wonderful product for a great price.

The first kit I got the ring had a thin spot in the material from manufacturing that created a goose-egg in it. I contacted the seller and the immediately sent me a replacement. I really like the quality of the material of the ball! It's not flimsy and I'm able to do more exercises and the ball doesn't roll around and slip like other exercise balls I've had (even without the ring). The ring does make it nice to store the ball without it rolling around the room or being able to use it instead of an office chair.

I bought this for use as a home office "chair" when I was working from home during COVID. I love it. I find myself bouncing to my music (just a little - not full hoppity-hop) and I think because you can constantly change your position just by rolling slightly* it alleviates / can alleviate pain. *I use it without the base that helps hold it in place so I roll around (on purpose) quite a bit. I am 6' tall and close to 300lbs. I was worried the ball would not support me but it has done a fantastic job. The "height" is adjustable by how much air you put in and it comes with a measure to help you figure that out. Simple to use and to adjust. It might be hard to use it 100% of the time at first as I do believe you develop muscles in your core/back, etc. to have proper posture. Once you get used to it, I think you'll love it.

I really like this ball. I am using the ball for core exercise and for pelvic floor exercise. I am an older woman and would have great difficulty getting up from the floor if I fell off the ball. This ball is very stable because of the ring which keeps it in place. I saw another review of a ball which said that the ball doesn't fit in the ring that the ring is too big. Well it is not supposed to fit snug. If you have never used a stability ball remember they do not stay perfectly still that is the whole idea. They move a little as you move and you need to stay stable this is what strengthens your core muscles. I am a big lady and this ball holds my weight well. It is very good for your back if you have to sit and work, you cannot slouch sitting on this ball. I highly recommend this ball.

This ball is okay. The process of inflating took a long time but was relatively easy with the foot pump. However, I've only had it for a week and have had to add more air twice already. I like the inflatable ring that comes with it to prevent it from rolling around. I feel like it helps my back but primarily when it's fully inflated. Probably wouldn't repurchase. Just ok.

I am seriously impressed with the quality of the product and customer service of this company. The ball itself is made of a high quality, durable material and not only feels like it will give proper support without needing to be constantly pumped up, but also like it will last through frequent use as both an exercise ball and as a chair to help with sciatica. The colour is a lovely aqua blue. Incidentally, there was next to no rubbery/chemical odor when I opened the packaging, which is a bonus. I have also been completely impressed with how excellent the customer service was, when I realised that although I had followed the size chart, the size that I ordered was just slightly too small for my comfort. When I got in touch with them to discuss this, they responded and helped to sort out the issue immediately. Their attitude, coupled with an excellent product, makes me happy to give them five stars. I highly recommend to anyone suffering from sciatica, tailbone/pelvis pain or looking for a pregnancy ball for exercise or labour.

Va benissimo, è perfetta. Comoda e resistente, e non ha odore di plasticaccia o petrolio come alcuni di questi prodotti. E' arrivata in frettissima, senza problemi.

Ho usato la palla in tutti i modi possibili nelle mie fasi di fitness e devo dire che ha retto bene. noi l'abbiamo gonfiata con il compressore tutta in una sola volta ed è stato tutto facile. la puoi schiacciare sederti sopra rotolare che è affidabilissima. io ho preso una misura 65 più che altro perchè l'ho acquistata per tutta la famiglia ( i miei sono tutti 1.80cm) a me andava bene anche una 55 ( sono 1.60) ma anche con questa misura si può fare bene la ginnastica sia pilates , yoga e fitness.
